Quality and Attention to Detail
I was very impressed with the quality of service of Impact Signs. My lettering looked great. The template was good quality paper and made the job much easier. The double rail mount system for corrugated metal siding worked great. The rails were stamped with numbers corresponding to the letters. Items were carefully packaged and arrived quickly. I would definitely use Impact Signs again!

Very Helpful
We had A LOT of back and forth in the beginning, as my client wasn't really 100% sure what they wanted. The people I worked with were very patient and helpful. I had ordered 2 different plaques and they looked great when they came in! This was a very exciting (& stressful) project to work on, but working with you, I had no issues!

Two missed appointments on the sales sides and the designer took 4 attempts to get proof in ALL CAPS as originally requested and then threatened to charge for another proof.

Beautiful Plaques!
I received personalized help with the design of the two bronze photo relief plaques I ordered and they are beautiful! Production time was lengthy because the plaques are handmade so it's important to order well in advance of your desired date of receipt.
