Concern About Misleading Certification Information
I recently completed a course on IIENSTITU which was advertised as free, with the implication that a certificate would be issued upon completion. However, after finishing the course, I was asked to pay to receive my certificate. This was disappointing and felt misleading, as the cost of certification was not clearly communicated upfront.
The course content itself was decent, but transparency is extremely important — especially for learners investing their time in good faith. I hope the platform updates its course descriptions to clearly state any associated certificate fees.

At IIENSTITU, most of our courses are completely free, as clearly stated on our platform. After completing the final exam, every student receives a free certificate code, which can be added to a CV, LinkedIn, or shared in job applications as proof of success.
We’d like to emphasize that both the course content and your success verification are free — which is something very few educational institutions offer. While many platforms restrict access or charge upfront for certificates, IIENSTITU allows learners to fully benefit from education without any financial obligation.
The option to receive an official document (PDF or printed certificate) is entirely optional and mentioned transparently on both our course and certification pages. We continuously review our communication to make this even clearer.
