I placed a prepaid order (#D223388) from Devicedocks for an E-Ink Smart Notebook worth ₹1,349.25. The order has not been dispatched, and I have not received any tracking information or updates even after more than a month. It's been more than 45 days I have ordered E-Ink Smart Notebook of Rs.1439 . And I haven't received it yet . I don't know what to do now,I have sent them mail also but no response.
And now when I am opening the website it is opening.

ordered a digital e-book, but instead I received a headphones. This is completely different from what I purchased. This is fake organisation

After numerous follow-ups, I finally received the parcel on 31st May. I had ordered an E-Ink Smart Notebook, but upon opening the package (I have a complete unboxing video as evidence), I found a headphone box instead.

I have not opened the headphone box yet, so I cannot confirm whether it actually contains headphones or something else. However, the product delivered is completely different from what I ordered.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience so far, this appears to be a serious case of wrong product delivery and poor customer service.

I placed an order on Devicedocks.com (Order #D222598) for an E-Ink Smart Notebook and paid ₹1,439.20 successfully. It has now been more than 45 days, and the product has still not been shipped.

The biggest issue is that their customer support is practically unreachable:

Emails are not answered
No shipment tracking provided
No proper response from support channels

I have already paid in full, but there has been no delivery update or refund.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious before ordering from this website. I am now proceeding with a bank dispute and consumer complaint due to non-delivery and lack of communication.

If the company responds and resolves the issue, I will update this review accordingly.

I placed an order for a writing pad and completed the full payment. My order number is #D226303.

However, I have not received any proper update regarding the shipment or delivery status, and I am also unable to track the order.
I tried every way possible like given email id and numbers . Everything not responding. Looks like a huge fraud happening . As many fall into this trap. It been a month . I think it’s time to move legally.

I had ordered E-Ink Smart Notebook – but received 200rs wireless headphones. The order came after 1 month that too a wrong product came. It was a very pathetic experience. Email on return policy powerpixelstor @ gmail.com is not working. I emailed them on support @ powerpixel.com & docksdevicedocks @ gmail.com but no response. Number mentioned on facebook profile 9911287881 also not working. Everyone should lodge complaint against them on https :// consumerhelpline. gov. in/user/index.php

Fraud company i need my money as soon as possible, refund me the money. I placed a order on 29 April 2026, which suppose to come on 4 may 2026. I have received it yet you guys just take money and never response to our mails.

This is all because of the Instagram guy Tejas’s Patil the big fraudster who is circulating the reel first ban the idiot. I have placed an order for eink digital writing pad notebook on May 7 2006. Till now I don’t have any update on it. No customer care number. Email is useless

The customer service of this company is very pathetic I mistakenly ordered there e ink smart notebook and there is no option for cancelling the order I send them 2 mails before the order confirmation on the same day regarding this but they didn't respond on that then I get a call yesterday from them regarding this issue and the person is talking so rudely. That's how these people help there customers regarding any issue
My only advice is don't order from them they because if you get any problem from there side they will not help you, they don't know how to talk there customers

Fraude Company I have ordered the e link smart pad instead of that they gave the headphone my all money lost and I trapped in scam what a fraudulent company please never ever buy this product totally fraud

I have placed request for two items and made the payment of Rs.2718 on 24th April 2026 and got the confirmation that the payment was successful and they will be shipping the item in 7 to 10 days.. It's been more than 3 weeks and no response from them. Tried to send multiple emails but no response. There is no direct contact, address for this company. It is more a fraud company. I should have been more vigilant before making the payment.
