The video lessons won't play
The video lessons won't play. I've tried contacting customer service but all the solutions given don't work. "Please try on another browser" I've tried all browsers. "Please try on another device" I've tried all devices with different OS and it still doesn't work. I've tried downloading a separate app but when I want to start the video lessons it still redirects me to the website. This app is basically useless.
