Terrible service, been waiting a month for my poster and haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed and messaged and get no response. Refund is wanted

never received what i paid for. tried making contact with them 4 times and no response.

Scam. Never received anything and never got a reply back.

Waited for more than a week, but boy oh boy am i happy. They made me look like an actual Rick and Morty character. My pet Robby was added too xD. I'll get this framed.

Worth it! I have always been a Rick n Morty Fan and i am happy i ordered this. They said they are having problem due to holiday season, which is understandable. I love the artwork though. Thanks Sarah for interacting with me.

Finally recieved have the completed portrait it took longer than expected but the customer service was good won't say extremely ausum but was good. Thanks guys keep up the good work

I placed an order almost a month and still haven’t received even though it said on the website i would get it in 2-5 days. i have tried to get in contact with them multiple times, and am yet to receive a response. Suggest you go elsewhere.

I haven’t gotten my photo at all, was supposed to be $50 but they took $73 out of my account, maybe they’re overseas i don’t know but i got this weeks before christmas it was supposed to be a christmas present and still haven’t gotten it. i haven’t messaged them on instagram and emailed them and they HAVE NOT gotten back to me, this is unprofessional and i want my money back.

Order hasn’t come 2 months later, no correspondence after countless emails. Do not order from this company, it’s a scam

Terrible customer service, it says they are proud of their customer service which is ironic since they didn’t response to any of my 7 messages, ordered a picture on July, only JUST received it and it’s garbage work, looks like a 5 year old did it; stay away, they are a scam knock off version of etszy and they steal reviews etc from it.

I received the poster without ever seeing a draft as promised. I tried to contact the provided email a couple of times since 20th of Dec 2021 and have yet to receive a reply. And the number provided is not connected when I tried to call. The graphic was not what I wanted, some critical details were incorrect and could’ve been fixed with simple communication. I am disappointed that I have now spent money on a gift that isn’t able to be on display.

SCAM! I placed an order with a turn around of 3-5 days. It has been over 4 weeks now and I still haven’t received anything. I have tried every way possible to get in touch with them and they have ignored every attempt. I then had a friend message their Instagram page to ask how quick they can do a print and they replied saying they will send out within 48 hours!! Absolute liars. They have deleted the message I sent on Instagram but replied to my friend who was looking to make a new order.

I ordered my product on the 12th of December. Upon the initial confirmation email at the time of purchase it was advised I would receive a digital copy 2-5 business days later, I am still yet to receive this. On the 21st of December I sent a follow up email. I have not heard a word back. I am aware it was christmas and would be an extremely busy time for the company, however it is very poor that I have not received a further confirmation or response to my enquiry via email. I also tried to contact the company via their online chat section and still received no response. I am quite disappointed as it was not a cheap purchase and around christmas time when money is tight buying presents ect. it’s disappointing a company would take your money and never have contact to confirm the order.

Ordered almost a month ago and still have not received a rough draft of my order when they said it would take 2-5 business days. Waste of $70
