I have still not recieved my parcel and it has been at least a month. This is really unacceptable as it was a present for someone. I have tried to get in contact with no reply. Such a scam. Very disappointed.

Ordered over 2 months ago, even though it says it will be ready between 4&8 days, never heard any thing back, everytime I go to contact them I never hear anything back, absolute scam and a waste of time and money- do not order from here!!

Small company who blew up over Xmas and deservedly so! The artists are great and responsive people. The orders take a little longer than stated but the results are worth the wait! 100% recommend

Poor customer service. Lacking email response especially for a small upcoming business. Did not receive a draft image to assess and received art that didn’t really look like the pictures or what I asked for.

This is a brilliant company who did my boyfriend a picture for his birthday on 25th Jan, unfortunately it did take a while but people need to remember its a small company with a large amount of orders in a short space of time. The outcome of the picture is amazing and their emailing and customer service is amazing so ignore the bad reviews! X

Never received my product. Ordered on the 10th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. Never received a digital image to confirm that that was what I wanted. Never received the physical portrait that I ordered. I have emailed twice to two different emails that I’ve received no response to. Terrible service, so much for their “excellent 24/7 customer service.”
Have just set up a dispute with PayPal…

Not received my order yet. Emailed three times, no reply. Opened a case with PayPal, still no reply from them.

I ordered a poster for my little brother on the 4th Jan. After a couple weeks, I became a little skeptical so I contacted their customer care email asking for an update. No reply. The money has been taken out of my account and I think they've started taking small amounts out of my account overseas as well! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

The image was awful, looked nothing like the image that was sent, haven’t done anything right with the photo.
Also took way too long to arrive, they say they have 24/7 customer support but they don’t, terrible customer service in general, would not recommend this company!!

I noted the reviews stating this website was a scam and hoped they were somehow incorrect because I really wanted this as a gift for a friend for Christmas. Sadly they were correct. Payment was taken from my account and I received a fake ‘we have received your order’ email. Nothing ever since and it’s been about two months with no answer to my phone call or response to my now four emails. Incredibly disappointing. Hope the creators of this junk receive their well deserved serving of karma.

Ordered my drawing on the 12th of December never received a confirmation email until I followed them up on the 15th of December which is when I had to respond to their email with my inspo images on the 16th of December. Again on the 2nd of January I had to follow them up due to not receiving my draft image or any correspondence which they replied saying they never received it until I sent them a printscreen of my reply, they advised me in 24 hours I would receive a draft which never happened, until I followed them up again on the 7th of January. After finally receiving my draft image I asked for some small changes to the image which I never received a response to, Thursday the 13th of jan I received notification that my image had been posted so I responded again had my image been updated again no response. I have today received my image and nothing has been updated like I had ask and to be honestly their service is absolutely poor. Not worth the time or energy having to follow someone up to do a job you have paid them for.

I ordered a digital copy to send to my boyfriend for our anniversary, they worked with the photos i send and the detail is amazing they even included out facial piercings, i will 100% be ordering from them again!

Complete scam! They only reply to the good reviews & advertise on social media but have comments turned off cos people out them as fraudsters in the comments. Look up their company address (Iceland) - it’s a crypto currency investment scam
