All staff are very professional and willing to help. Because Igomove are a smaller family owned company than some of the other estate agents, they are eager to do a great job. They are hungry for success which goes a long way. Another great thing about igomove are their valuations. Michael was spot on with his valuation of both the house we sold and bought.

Igo Move have once again provided us with exceptional service.

We contacted them to say we wanted to put our house on the Market and were quickly provided with an appointment.

Michael visited our home, carried out an assessment and asked for our thoughts around the valuation.

He gave us his opinion, explained the rationale for this, but fully supported our preferred market price - unlike the 2 other agents who we had already met with, who clearly wanted to guarantee themselves a quick sale without securing the true value of our home.

Our house was very well presented and to showcase it in the best way possible, Michael offered to record a walk through of the property, which included aerial footage (via drone) and he overlaid within with music. It was fantastic. It really showcased our house to its full potential and prospective buyers knew what they were coming to see, which prevented unnecessary viewings.

Our house sold fast as a result, with several offers in the wings.

The team arranged all viewings, kept us updated at all times and were excellent when it came to 'the negotiation'.

Helen was superb! So friendly and helpful. Great advice on the price; we tried a higher value in case we got lucky, but then dropped to something more realistic. Had plenty of interest/viewings - all handled by Helen - but realized we needed to do a makeover. Helen then contacted the previous viewers - and we had a buyer! IGO fees were also great - fixed fee at half what the traditional agents charge. Great!

Literally saved my sale. Had such a poor experience with my solicitor, which Weronika chased with me in a daily basis in an attempt to get things over the line. After 2 months of set backs then helped me switch solicitors to get it over the line before stamp duty cut off!
