Professional and friendly
Professional and friendly. Following a boiler and fire service I required 30yr old radiators replaced. There is not any part of the service provided which was disappointing. New radiators look amazing. Huge thanks to Ignite and Ian the engineer for a perfect job.

Company that cares
Had to contact company to try and reschedule appointment timing as something unplanned cropped up. Very helpful in rescheduling my timing to earlier in the day to allow both of my appointments to happen. Regular contact made prior to appointment and turned up on time and quietly and cheerfully completed the job. Cleaned up and you wouldn’t even have known he was here. Regular customer due to the high level of excellent customer service and contact. Technical aspects of every task are also completed to a high standard as never been any post work problems.

A really nice and professional engineer
Engineer arrived after having given a 15 minute call beforehand to say he was on his way. He went straight up the stairs and started the gas boiler service. I had asked a semi technical question about the possibility of having a condensing tumble drier in the same cupboard as the gas boiler. He said he didn’t think it would be an issue but then came down stairs saying he had reviewed the Gas Safety Regulations and whilst it didn’t specify that it couldn’t be done. He said it shouldn’t be done as there may be a build up of heat in the cupboard which may affect the boiler. He then went back to servicing the boiler and completed this. He then said he only found the boiler installation instructions in the cupboard and did we have the other boiler documents. I found them in a drawer and he completed the section showing the work had been completed. All round a really nice guy who went out of his way for us.

Ignite responded quickly to my call 📞 for help with a leak into the downstairs property. Sorted the leak immediately and tried everything to clear the blockage which became apparent. Recommended a very efficient drainage engineer.

I needed new bath taps fitted
I needed new bath taps fitted, but was a bit concerned about the lack of access to the old taps.
Ian arrived, as arranged with Carolyn, and assessed the job with me.
Fortunately, after carefully removing a few bathroom units, he was able to fit my new taps.
Everything was left as before and job done!
This is the 4th time I have used Ignite Plumbing and it definitely won’t be the last time!
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and fill you with confidence from the moment they arrive.
I would definitely recommend them!!

Leaking pipe fixed professionally by Ian.
Service from first phone call until Ian showed up to fix the leak was very quick. Ian the plumber was very professional and courteous in his manner to me and the job. Very quick diagnosis and then fixed the problem with the minimum of fuss. No problems so far, so I shall notify my friends about this prompt and efficient tradesmen. This is the second time that I have used this company, and both times have been a success. I will use them again in the future. Very happy with results.
