Horrible - stay away. Cancelled right away and they continued to bill annually for 2 additional years. Disputed those charges with AmEx and they credited my account after email proof of cancellation.

iFax is no longer a functional tool; it is a professional and financial liability. We experienced a catastrophic system-wide failure where their platform went into a 'runaway loop,' sending hundreds of duplicate faxes for a single transmission.

This is not a minor glitch. This is a fundamental engineering failure that resulted in over $12,847 in unauthorized charges due to their internal system errors. Despite clear evidence of their infrastructure failing, their 'support' has been a brick wall.

For Professionals: Do not use this for client work. You will destroy your professional reputation when your recipients receive hundreds of copies of the same document, clogging their lines and wasting their resources.

For Business Owners: Their billing logic is predatory. They will charge you for the duplicates caused by their own system crashes and then refuse to issue immediate refunds. We are now forced into a formal dispute to recover nearly $13,000.

If you value your bank account and your reputation, stay far away. They are incompetent at a technical level and unethical at a business level.

Great experience so far, just moved my physical fax line to ifax and they were amazing at helping us port our phone number.

I too got scammed by this company last year. I am unemployed and it took $299 out of my account with no way to get it back. Their website is questionable with no real help. It takes you in circles. I am an individual not a company with no resolution. Interestingly I got a message today. Advising me of my options to cancel before this annual renewal kicks in. Guess what? Same run rounds with no way to contact anyone to cancel this fake and frustrating experience. Anybody know any good class action lawyers?

Support is helpful, understanding and kind. While I am now, at the time of writing this, a former customer who had previously used the ifax service, I can say with confidence that I was able to find the help that I was hoping for! I would definitely recommend :)

IFAX charged my account before free trial period ended. They also made it difficult to cancel my subscription. They don't post "cancel subscription" instead "delete account" which is different from canceling subscription. When I reached out to customer service before my free trial ended, they failed to address the error.

TOTAL SCAM! the free trial is NOT a free trial. If you upload a document with too many pages, your "free trial" gets overrided automatically and you're right away just charged $400 for a full year. Such a waste. Their customer service doesn't help whatsoever either. STAY AWAY

I would give it zero stars if I could. The website states they offer a pay per page service but you need to sign up for the $299.99 annual membership while signing up for the 7 day "free trial". But, there is no clear and concise way to cancel this service. We tried to downgrade to then get the "free" service - pay per page but they immediately charged us for the basic service and will not in anyway honor any type of refund. BEWARE! This company is a scam!!!

Absolute trap. F*$k these people. You cannot cancel. You will have to cancel your card to get out of this. Go to hell.

Paid for a year service. Got upsold during "onboarding," and hence paid more...tried to send out a fax and it failed all day. Tried to get Live Support and they couldn't fix it...left me stranded.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial, the app didn't even work so I never even used it not one time. I was charged 24.99 before the trial was even up, then they charged me 16.99 and then 169.99. They ought to be sued for false advertisement to begin with. They should go go jail for scamming people cause looks to me like that's all their doing.

Scam if you use the free trial!! Avoid!!!

This service is often unreliable and glitchy. The platform sells itself as HIPAA compliant, so you think they would cater to the medical community, but I find many limitations to use. I have been using it for about a year and it's not getting any better. Support is lacking.

Awful product and customer service. We were customers for years until they began degrading their service offering while charging more and not honoring previus commitments and service levels. Customer service is non-existent.

We have been using the secure iFax system for over a year, and we have been very pleased with it, both because of its ease of use, and the exceptional support by their team. Most recently, they quickly resolved our concerns about our account status in a way that clearly demonstrated their commitment to the success of their clients.

Yet Google Play has made no attention to remove them from the Play Store
I Fax tells ma they get a small stipend. And Google Play gets the bulk of unwanted yearly subscriptions. Google Play state that get a small portion and I Fax get the bulk.

Predatory. Would not let me fax a page and was charged more than 400 dollars. I talked to chat and they wouldn't refund me even though there were no faxes sent and I didn't use any of the features. Would give 0 if I could

iFax is a "Roach Motel". 1 click to download, and impossible to cancel.Software is buggy. Menu selections to cancel subscription hung up with blank screen. "Live support" was email based with promised 6 hour turnaround. I never got any email support. I didn't think that software sold by Microsoft would be such a scam.
