Utilizing this website via your phone is a waste of time when faxing multiple faxes. It offers a subscription of $3.29 allowing you to fax up to 25 documents. I paid $3.29 under the impression that I would be allowed to fax my documents which totaled to a number of 21 documents. I needed to send three separate faxes over for a claim that I was processing. The website only allowed me to send over two of the faxes after paying for the 25 page allowance. I tried multiple times to send over my third facts which again I was within the 25 page allowance. My third fax did not go through so I utilized looking through frequently ask questions and there it was my particular problem, not being able to send all my faxes. I read through it however the instructions only provided guidance for website troubleshooting and not utilizing steps through a cell phone. Because I was on a crunch and near a holiday weekend, I was forced to pay a second time $3.29 so I could send my third fax. I reached out to support regarding my issue and it was back-and-forth misinformation and not taking accountability as to why there was no instructions on how to get multiple faxes sent through via iPhone/android. I was not refunded my money so basically I had to pay for two subscriptions to send 21 pages. This site is a lie and I do feel scammed and when you reach out to support it’s a complete waste of time because they’re not taking accountability at all for this issue! Don’t use this site!

I had previous experience with using them and don't recall it taking more than 30 minutes to get confirmation email so it actually would send. I tried twice this morning to send a very important fax using the free option. First, using my Outlook address I waited 20-30 minutes before I checked the FAQs which mentioned Hotmail (which I believe is the Outlook platform as well) as having problems and suggested Gmail as a better option. I then tried sending with Gmail. After over an hour, I decided to take my fax to the UPS store and pay for it due to its importance. I did not cancel the Faxzero attempts. Nearly 5.5 hours have passed since first attempt and 5 since second and I am STILL WAITING!

I've been sending many free faxes through their service, without any issue. Ended up paying once to thank them!

Promotes a 'free fax'. I tried to send a one page letter and did everything right. I'm still waiting for the email that I am supposed to get to initiate the fax. Apparently a phony service.

I was attempting to send a 4 page document - the site doesn't warn you before beginning the process that free faxes are limited to 3 pages. So I edited my document to only the signatory page and still received the error - Your fax to Customer Service at 8772805587 has too many pages. Free faxes are limited to 3 pages;
Premium faxes are limited to 25 pages.
International faxes are limited to 15 pages.

There was an issue with one of my faxes going through (on the receiving end). I reached out for support, was immediately met with a friendly response and the fax was resent minutes later. Haven't had any other issues at all and have used this service multiple times.

This is my go-to fax company. I use them Often with No Issues. I use the Free Fax a lot and when I have so much fax work I exceed the Free Fax, I pay them. Again, no issues. Highly recommended.

said it would be a 2.00 dollar charge for fax. I put my credit card in and it charged me 39.00 dollars. but my credit card caught it right away. and cancelled my card. total fraud!!!!! And PC magazine recommended them lol. They used to be a trusted source. Never again. This fraud crap is out of control these days. Lockem up and throw the key away. useless human beings. It is a scam. I sent one free fax for one time. There was even no membership option. Later I found I was charged $14.86 under "MPAYMT.COM 786-697-1148 FL". I checked with MPAYMT.COM and they said it is an auto membership of faxzero.com. It is completely a scam.

Thank you very much. Absolutely free service. I had my fax prepped and sent within ten minutes. So many deceptive sites love to boast of free services but always catch you at the end. Faxzero.com is transparent, free and reliable. Thank you for this service!

So far, so good. Easy to use. The FAX with attachments was delivered timely. I now have to wait until next week to find out if it was legible and acceptable by the recipient. My gut tells me it will be. FaxZero is a Canadian company and they are usually top notch and honest.

Closest and cheapest thing you can get to an actual fax machine. I rate FaxZero HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Optin for the $3 fax so it goes ASAP.

I signed up and tried to pay for a $2 fax. What I got was a $35 transaction to a site call called Newzman that I’ve never heard of.

My recipient did not receive my document, so I emailed Fax Zero's support team. They responded within ten minutes and provided a thorough list of troubleshooting steps as well as a refund. While it may seem odd that I'm giving 4 Stars when the service didn't work for me, my rating is based mainly on the speedy and helpful customer service response, as well as the fact that the issue could very well be on the recipient's side as the fax did go through, they just said they didn't receive it. So who knows, but I'll definitely try Fax Zero again the next time I need to send a fax.

Found Faxzero while searching for free faxing solutions and gave it a try. Worked pretty seamlessly. On first use after you have loaded your fax it sends you an email within minutes asking you to "press here to send" which I did. Seven minutes later I received a confirmation email stating it had been successfully sent and accepted by receiver, and included a link to view or print the status of the fax. It worked perfectly and provided everything as advertised for free.
On a side note, before trying Faxzero I looked up the reviews to make sure everything was on the up and up. There were many 5 star ratings I didn't bother with, and went straight to the 1 star ratings, all 3 of them. They each claimed it was a scam and they had to pay or sign up to send the fax. There may have been an option to upgrade to paid service on the page, but it was not required and the page made the "press here to send" button very clear.

Will definitely use it again

After I had deal a few times with eFax for my quarterly fax, I did an internet search and came up Faxzero from youtube. It's the best thing. First of all, most of us don't fax every day, a week or a month, and you just want to put in sender and receiver and let it go thru in a second. Faxzero is not only made users easy to use, but their instruction is simple and straight to the point. It's free, yes, it's free if you don't go over 25 pages, and who is going to fax that much unless you have a business. Faxzero makes all our lives easier, it's a Brillion idea I should learn from. I don't mind I donate a dollar each time.

Faxzero is the only online faxing service I will ever use. Simple, thorough and TRULY FREE.

They don’t send me spam, everything I’ve ever done has been completed timely.

Total scam, they sign you up for monthly subscription and keep charging your credit card so beware, then when you call they act like they have no idea what you are talking about, please use another service.
