I was looking into similar sites where i just needed the ''Quality'' product which could give me proper shape in getting perfect fade. I am happy with Ifade service and clipper also. Perfect company I was looking for. I am really thrilled with the quality fade this fade provides. Also will be asking my friends to use this clipper who are looking for similar fade as like me.

Do not buy from these guys. I purchased and got a message after paying saying the unit I purchased was old and to get a better experience they were offering a newer version but I needed to pay additional money for it. I declined and was happy with the older unit. My item arrived then within a week they took more money from my account without my consent. Contacted them and no response. Pretty disgusting behaviour to be honest.

Clippers arrive after 3 weeks and not 10 days as advertised and today received a call from my bank stopping a further payment going through for £23.99??? What is going on!!

Not tried the clippers yet but this is a joke!!!

I bought this product then they said if I upgrade I get the better ones, so I did. Then I look at how much they charged me and they charged me twice, now I said something about it and they said they were going to issue a refund for the first transaction, this never happened, they charged me again and I said something about it, I have yet to hear a response.

I bought these clippers 5 days ago and used it to check the quality of fade. I am truly sure that every person, who just bought is gonna love this clipper and the quality of fade it provides. Truly an amazing experience with the best service providers company.

I ordered these clippers to do my kids cuts at home. These are just regular clippers nothing special. When checking out the continually try to get you to upgrade for the 69.99 or 79.99 which I declined. After receiving the clippers about a week later they charged me an additional 29.99 which I NEVER authorized for some type of subscription. I tried to call the phone numbers for customer service and they are dead lines. I emailed them with no response at all. I am dealing with my bank now to get them blocked off my account. Horrible company.

UPDATE *** A response was received for via email and a there is a pending refund of the $29.99.

All the 1 star reviews are exactly correct. Customer Service is 1 email then ghosted. The Customer Service number is a deadline. They unauthorized additional charges. All I want to do is return / refund and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get this completed. FRAUD of a company.

Zero email from Trustpilot. Customer Service has gone completely dark and the phone number on the website rings once and hangs up!

Scam. They tell you the shaver you bought is garbage and then need to upgrade for $60. Then, they charge you for both if you upgrade. Tried to cancel both orders, they still charged me. Filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Just wow. Exceeded my expectations. How did I not know this existed sooner? Guess what everyone is getting for Xmas! Lol.

Total false advertisement! I wrote a review already, and it has since been deleted. I will write another one again!

I bought their product from an ad that offered a special price of $49.99. During checkout, they offered an upgrade to $64.99 because they claimed the $49.99 one often gives bad fades. I agreed to upgrade, but the total was $64.99 on top of the $49.99. They don’t clarify until after you’ve completed the checkout process that you actually purchased two clippers.

It’s such a bad business practice, and I don’t understand how they have good reviews or even stay in business. I completed the process and received the product about a week later, which was obviously the $49.99 one. I have emailed multiple times with no response and called their number, which is a dead line. I left a review already, and it has since been deleted. This is a complete BS kind of company.

The product completely failed to deliver on its promises. The advertised fade simply doesn't happen. When I tried to return it as stated in their 60-day guarantee, they sent a single email and then vanished. To make matters worse, they unauthorizedly charged my card a second time for a different amount day weeks later. This is a blatant scam. Save yourself the time and money.

I’ve been using this clipper daily for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s made fading my haircuts a breeze, which is a game-changer for me. Don’t trust this company. I ordered the iFade 2.0 and they have not shipped yet.

Do not fall for their upgrade! It’s a scam.
They will send you the old model and not the one you are paying for. And if you do end up buying it, do not agree to their terms or clocked the box. It’s $29.99 useless subscription and the money gets taken out of your account. DISAPPOINTING

I was just looking for best clippers for fade. Then I cam to knew about iFade by my neighbor. He strongly recommended me to buy them as they are moderate in price and also will save money on getting fades by barbers !!

I went to purchase the ifade pro bundle once I purchased it I the next screen tells me to upgrade to the 2.0 kuz I bought the prototype which was never in the description at all I kept declining the offer and at the last offer they automatically charged me what’s sketchy isn’t just that it’s the fact there was no taxes or shipping fee just 69.99 and 39.99 I emailed them right away 3 times even filled out the form for a return I haven’t heard nothing back oh and let’s not forget the number that’s supposedly customer service dosnt work it’s a fake number DONT PURCHASE they are scammers
After I posted this the next day I got an email back from ifade saying that they are sorry for the confusion and gave me the run down of what I knew already that they were selling the prototype and the upgrade was 39.99 and I couldn’t cancel my order due to it being past the 12 hour mark for cancellation but I sent screen shots of my emails that I tried to cancel the order 1 hour after purchase i informed them that it wasn’t my fault they took forever to read my emails but I did exactly what I was supposed to do with in the 12 hour mark i also informed them that on there site it says nothing about a proto type and even the pictures they have of the item looked nothing like the prototype that that was false advertising and that i wanted a refund and the number they gave me that was supposed to be attached if I was to send it back to get a refund and if the post office needed a number I called it and the guy who answered had no clue what I was talking about so. I let them know that as well that they gave me a false number so I feel like everything they were telling me and how they were going about it was a scam I then proceeded to contact my bank and let them know what was going on and that I haven’t heard from them in 2 days once I sent all my proof that I did try and cancel an hour after purchase and that they were false advertising and a few other things I put In there I finally got my refund I shouldn’t of had to go
Threw those great lengths to get my money back the whole experience was a nightmare it was supposed to be a gift for my bf and I went threw h*** dealing with them but at the end of the day I got
My money back and they know I know that they are trying to scam ppl I still have all the emails back and forth to prove this post id correct

Value for Money

As a previous person wrote, I am very disappointed in the way this company chose to sell their product. I too fell into the trap of buying from their ad. I put the $49.99 item in my cart, but during checkout, they said that the $49.99 clippers provide a horrible fade and suggested upgrading to the Ifade 2.0 for $64.99, which I agreed to. When I checked out, they charged me for the basic Ifade at $49.99 and then again at $64.99! I don’t understand how this kind of practice can continue.

I have emailed them twice already with no response. If I don’t hear back by the end of this week, I will file a complaint to try and get my money back and stop all transactions.

Just as someone mentioned in their return, it does state something about a contract. I bet it’s that club that someone else mentioned, which isn’t even disclosed when you check out. This is a horrible practice, and I don’t understand how it got such high reviews on Trustpilot. It’s just a plain scam, stealing money from people and their hard-earned cash. If I don’t get this figured out by the end of the week, as I mentioned, I will go to my creditor to get my money back.
