Watch out for thel 'Club Program' loyalty program payment they will take out of your account weeks after you purchase your Ifade. Who needs to become a member when purchasing something like this? Its not something you order every month. Very sneaky.

I really think that i made a good choice selecting their clipper. As a hostel boy, I needed that badly....

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. this company is a scam both website and customer service. First they try to say it’s $60 (ifade 1.0)didn’t know there was two versions which later found out it there isn’t . After they say to upgrade to ifade 2.0 for $40. I upgraded. After that nothing else I picked or opted into. A hour later after placing order I decided the upgrade was too much for a machine and contacted the customer service to just cancel everything. They said they will refund me my money back and send me the 2.0 (that’s when I knew there wasn’t 2 versions). I got the machine didn’t like it for me. 2 weeks later I get a charge of $30. Emailed CS and they said I was enrolled in IFADe club program. I never picked any program nor did I receive a email after my purchase that I was even enrolled in one. I request a refund and to cancel and they did ASAP(tricky company). That’s what made me say I don’t want the machine returned it back under 60 days with tracking (I paid for return) i emailed CS a week after they received item and they said I have to wait until it reaches their facility. As in they have to send it somewhere else from where their return label stated. This company is a scam and I still have no refunded.

I purchased this item has not received. I wrote to the company no answer back. Seems to be a scam company special when you buy it. Then they tell you to upgrade to version 2.

Never received my product purchased! This is a scam. Well over 6months now!! Reached out to the company and nothing, all these other reviews are scamming Ai generated reviews.

What a scam. They don't refund money and do charges to your card from things you didn't approved

IFADE BEWARE DISHONEST (UPDATE #1) WITH EMAIL ANSWER.

I ordered IFADE "PRO PACKAGE" 1 (one) month ago, from Toronto, Canada, have not received the IFADE, which in their website it states 4-5 days.
I ordered the Pro Package for $69.99, however; not only I DID NOT receive the IFADE I ordered but my Credit Card was just charged TWICE 1 (one) MONTH LATER.

IFADE DISHONEST, it says American/UK, but it comes from ASIA, you will not get your money back, UNFORTUNATELY.

In their website IFADE, there are many "reviews" but guess what? you can not write a review on their website as it is blocked, are they legitimate?

Also, at checkout they will ask you for an upgrade for a version 2, they will say "The IFADE you are about to purchase, is version 1, it only does 20% of the work, for version 2 it will cost you only $59.99, if you click on that, it will charge you for $69.99 PLUS $59.99, PLUS whatever they decide to charge afterwards as they did with me with no communication at all.

GUYS BE AWARE OF IFADE DISHONEST, I LOST SO FAR $129.99 and NO product.

Just got my hands on this new clipper! Can't wait to give it a thorough test and share my thoughts on its quality and how well it fades. And guess what? It arrived in under 36 hours! Seriously impressed with that speedy delivery.

This situation is beginning to look like a scam. I have been waiting for far too long to receive my product, and after multiple attempts to resolve this, I still have not been refunded the $144.98 that was taken from my account. This is completely unacceptable.If this matter is not resolved immediately and my refund processed, I will have no choice but to escalate this legally and report this situation to consumer protection agencies. I was charged $100 for 2 extra ifade 1.0, that don't work most of the time, as stated by them. When i emailed Ifade, I was ignored and thanked for both orders.

Update: I received the 2 ifade 1.0 that doesn't work and I don't need. I didn't get the ifade 2.0. That is the only one I want.

I was about to buy the IFade but have been put off by the negative reviews all detailing some kind of upgrade requirement / further subscription / payment scam.
My buyer beware response is reinforced by the generic response to these reviews by IFade, which feels like they've been generated by a Bot. Shame as I really wanted one ! Also the marketing strategy of " buy it now as it will banned soon " is so last year and just makes the company look desperate and dodgy.

it works really good and it's not complicated.

Super clean shop. Thats important. My line has been RESTORED. Its so crazy and hectic in my schedule so i dont cut my own hair as much as i used to , these guys mae me feel right at hoe and i was out in a reasonable amount of time.
