Diese Kamera habe ich schon länger
Diese Kameras habe ich nun schon seit einiger Zeit an meinem Haus installiert. Leider immer mit ärgerlichen Störungen.
Die Kameras verfolgen, trotz mehrfacher Tests, bewegende Objekte, Personen nicht kontinuierlich.
Von meiner Erfahrung würde ich keine Kaufempfehlung geben.
Service von iGeek existiert überhaupt nicht, keine Reaktion auf Anfragen.

Dreadful cameras and support
Dreadful cameras and support, buy Tapo much better.
I bought two Igeek cameras about a year ago and the batteries now only last about 6 weeks not 6 months as advertised, I contacted customer support and they said that this was acceptable.
Moral of the story: DONT BUY IGEEK.
BUY TAPO, FAR SUPERIOR.

The camera works perfectly
The camera works perfectly, I have the ones that charge with solar panel, image is clear, even in the night time. I had a problem with one of them, it wasn't charging properly and Iegeek sent a new one in couple of days. I recommend this camera, is very good for the price paid.

Appaling after sales service
Appaling after sales service. They take ages to reply and then stall saying they can’t see the pictures you sent them and requesting videos of the problem. My camera won’t charge - what’s the point of a video! It’s all meant to put you off. The products are good, I wanted to buy direct but my advice is DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM ieGeek, buy from Amazon

I am amazed by the camera quality, easy to use app, and how easy the installation is. Would definitely recommend over any other solar cameras on the market.

Atención al cliente muy buena
Un producto adquirido (cámara vigila bebés) presentó un desperfecto en el botón de encendido a los 6 meses de la compra.
El SAT respondió muy rápido a la garantía y enviaron uno nuevo en menos de una semana sin poner nigún problema.
Un 10!!!

I had an issue with my ZY-C2 camera
I had an issue with my ZY-C2 camera, it wouldn't charge. After contacting customer support, they suggested a couple of possible remedies. But after that didn't correct my issue, they offered to replace camera ( warranty). At no cost to me they shipped me a new camera. My experience with the customer service people was very good.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Anfänglich waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Babyphone doch nach ca einem Jahr gab es nur Probleme.
Man kann die Kamera nicht mehr verbinden obwohl das Internet sehr gut ist. Ab und an funktioniert es, aber die Verbindung bricht ständig wieder ab. Der "Kundenservice " ist lediglich per Mail erreichbar. Es gibt dann erst mal eine Standard Antwort. Danach wird man aufgefordert, ein Video des Problems zu schicken. Macht man das nicht, wird man schlichtweg ignoriert.
Eine andere Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich.
Wir werden nun ein Video erstellen und schauen, was passiert.
Dieses Produkt, diese Firma würden wir keinesfalls empfehlen.
Einfach nur ärgerlich und kompliziert und das Produkt nach einem Jahr nicht mehr brauchbar.

Got the new outdoor camera Thursday
Got the new outdoor camera Thursday, get it plugged in to charge the recommended amount of them, Friday try to turn the camera on and it will not power on. I have tried to contact someone and all you can do is send a email…mind you I guess no one works on the weeks. Now they want a video!! A video of what? A camera that doesn’t work. I just want my money back or a camera that will work!!

Terrible shipping job by FedEx!!
My camera took 14 days to get here and it was not delivered to my home! FedEx is the worst in delivering packages. One of my neighbors contacted me and said that he had it at his steps, he lives two streets away from me! I will never order another item from a company that uses FedEx as their shipper!

Kamera defekt, keine Garantie
Die Kamera nimmt alles auf, egal welche Einstellung ich mache. Auch nach Kontakt mit dem Support keine Änderung, also Garantiefall. Dann nichts mehr von ieGeek gehört.
