The cameras have failed twice
The cameras have failed twice. Took weeks to sort due to appalling customer service, Amazon did help out on this occasion. A couple of months later, the cameras have failed after a so called upgrade/downgrade.
Now won’t work at all, I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do. But still no resolution. I can’t even scan the cameras back on to the app. Eventually the company just ignore you. Avoid at all costs!

Since the camera has updated it just says sim card has no service. Contacted customer service as i paid 12 months subscrption for the sim card. They are useless and will not do anything about it. I now have a camera after 7 months that doesnt work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a light/camera from iGeek from Amazon uk in June 2023 - by December 2024 it wasn’t charging from the solar panel or when we took it down and charged it overnight indoors- so we’ve no camera or light now and have been like that for 7 months now - I’ve spent the last few months getting nowhere thanks to the non existent customer service of iGeek - I’d expect a camera and light to last more than 18 months- wouldn’t you?

But most important is the customer department , they help you wonderful,assist and make good suggestions . It is one of the best customer department I have ever met.

Ne ho prese 2 una ZS-GX1S e una ZXGS3S funzionano bene, l'unica cosa forse l'app risulta macchinosa nel scorrere le registrazioni della giornata. Entrambe con il suo pannello solare e sono 1 anno su all'esterno e non hanno dato problemi.

Not sure if they work well in cold winter when it drops to -10C.
I have set the wider areas to have the alarm when someone walks into that area, but I found that the cameras do not catch that until the person walks closed to the camera and sometimes even not able to catch, so no alarm at all. Hope this can improve soon.

Sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili anche nei giorni feriali, e hanno provveduto rapidamente alla sostituzione del prodotto senza alcun problema.

Nice CCTV camera and good customer service response
I bought directly from Iegeek rather than Amazon. I received my order quickly and it was well packaged. I am impressed by this CCTV camera. Initially I got confused with the set up, but it proved relatively easy in the end. Easy to pick up operation techniques, but I did have to contact customer services, who were responsive and helpful. I wanted to unsubscribe to cloud services because I only wanted to use an SD card, but I had to ask for this to be done by providing my camera's serial number. It would be better though if the abbreviations and operations were explained in more detail on the basic instruction booklet because in my opinion it didn't cover enough this was one of the reasons why I contacted customer services for help. I now have the camera up and running productively. Overall, I'm happy I purchased this and with the customer service support I received.

We had a few problems with our outside camera but the customer support team were excellent. I can only describe it as good old fashioned customer service. Our camera is now working perfectly and couldn’t be happier with it.

I have had multiple camera for just over a year and have had to repeatedly contathe company because it doesn't pick up movement outside. I have altered the settings, as advised but no different, it probably works %70 of the time.e if that. The last 2 months that battery has been running out in under 2 weeks. Despite numerous emails and more instructions on settings and pictures of the camera, and also requesting a refund, they have now offered me 30% refund. That's it, 30%. Im disabled and moved because of domestic abuse, I need a security camera. The camera will go back to China for repairs so that tells me they are just a seller in the uk, they don't repair or make the camera. Do avoid this company, you aren't protected price wise despite the product being faulty. The camera's are awful and basically pointless!
