Would NOT recommend this service.
I am very disappointed in this service.
My phone only lasted a few days after I got it back before the screen broke. I had not dropped it again, but there were now lines through the screen, rendering the touch screen useless. I had to spend an additional hundred or so dollars getting it repaired again, this time through a different, local, IT service. I can not confirm if it is true, but that IT service informed me that the new screen, that had now broken, was fake.

I would recommend this service to any and everybody - after experiencing a problem with the fixing of the screen and phone this company was taken over by the best people I have done business with !!
the service was EXCLLENT , fast and it did not sound as if anything was a effort or impossible to accomplish.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Fast, efficient and I've never had a problem with any of the repairs (we've repaired two apple devices). They come to you and before you know it your device is ready to go. I would only go to iDropped It for any of my device repairs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, Apple told me I needed to buy a new phone and I’ve lost my data forever which I foolishly had not backed up.. a friend recommended I dropped it so I gave them a go.. within 2 days they had my phone up and running and all my precious photos still intact! Thanks guys!

I dropped it are the best company I’ve dealt with ever about anything! They are fair and decent and their prices can’t be beaten. Also the staff are engaging and friendly. I will be using them for the rest of my life!

Fake replacement screens?
My friend and I got our phones fixed by iDropped It but her phone screen broke again soon after. She took it to a local and reputable IT service who told her the screen installed by iDropped It was not a genuine Apple replacement part. If this is true it is unacceptable given the cost of the replacement by iDropped It and the failure to openly disclose this on their website.
