Very helpful! I went in and explained my phone problem and they got it fixed right away and I walked away within less than an hour with my phone all sorted!

Hello this is NOT about the personality or the job the technician completed. Prior to repair my battery life of my phone was OK
After the repair my battery life lasted 20 mins at the most.
Was this due to the repair - well maybe.
I have since upgraded my phone.
The technician was a lovely guy - on time and very friendly
Just the phone... I knew its performance prior to repair and post repair - only one thing happened .... the repair

Poor service and expensive
When I arrived at reception, the receptionist was on the phone. I wasn’t acknowledged. The call finished, then he took another call. Again, I was not acknowledged.
I waited almost 10 minutes before the receptionist spoke to me.
The job was quoted, it was $60 over what was previously charged. No explanation was given as to why.
When I tried to pay by cash, I was told by the receptionist that there was no change in the office! I had to have the exact amount if I wanted to pay by cash-extraordinary!
When I returned to pick up the repair, again I was not acknowledged and had to wait for at least 5 minutes whilst the receptionist finished a phone call.
Whoever did the job, it was done well.
The customer service was terrible.
I won’t be using the service again: terrible customer service, very expensive, good job.

Great fast service fixed and working great again

Service was great, quick and friendly however my screen has lost sensitivity - keep having to lock and unlock it to get it to pick up my fingers.

The service is great and fast, within 1hr with no appointment. However I also had them put on a protective glass skin on the iPhone screen but up to 2mm of the edges have not adhered. This has happened with my three replacements.

iDropped It is super convenient (comes to your work or home) and fixes the phone right there in front of you. It’s is cheaper than getting your phone serviced at Apple.
After a service I had a small drop and then started noticing issues with the screen that iDropped it had replaced. I took it in and they fixed it for me free of charge. Although I had the two small drops before the last service, I found my phone was never 100% and eventually over time the screen stopped working. I am not sure if this is because it was not connected properly by the iDropped it team or my phone was too damaged from dropping it that this is what happened. I didn’t take it back a third time to iDropped it so I don’t know how they may have handled/fixed it, instead I just decided it was time to upgrade my phone instead and bought a new one.

They literally fixed my cracked screen in 40mins. Not very expensive for such a precise and prompt job. Definitely recommend!

Responsive same day service. Love the txt to notify when the service personel are coming. The agility of your business is impressive. Will recommend and use again (if I need to)!
