Very pretty case but provided no protection to the phone at all. Screen protector was smashed within a week and the case also began to split. Beautiful if you never use or drop your phone but not a very practical protective option.

Hello Sarah,
We are sorry to hear about this!
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by dropping the phone, it covers damages that have occurred due to a production fault, which you can read more about in our terms and conditions.
If you have any further questions regarding this, you are welcome to contact our customer service.
Best regards,

Love my phone accessories
Love my Ideal of Sweden phone accessories which are of great quality and very easy to use. I often get comments on my phone cover, matching case and magnetic ring. My only problem was waiting for stocks to arrive earlier this year for my new iphone 12.

Great quality, beautiful designs
Ordered a new phone case from a huge selection of beautiful designs, across a broad price range. The case arrived quickly and was packaged well. The phone case is great quality and a beautiful design, several people have commented on it and asked where I bought it. Can’t recommend this brand highly enough

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Takes weeks to answer emails, and when they answer they are very rude. Product is ok but not worth the terrible customer service. This happened on not one, but 5 occasions. Eventually the issue was sorted but no apology.
