We are a repair shop in Florida and we just completed our first claim process with ideal. Here is what we experienced.

1) Customer came in with problems to their Bentley. We called the warranty company to get the process.
2) we diagnosed the vehicle and explained the issues to ideal.
3) it was determined that the vacuum pump needed to be replaced.
4) we submitted the hourly rate, labor and part cost to ideal and they approved this claim.
5) we were paid promptly when the repair was done and the customer was given his vehicle back in great working condition.

We recommend ideal auto protect to anyone who needs a warranty. i have not seen a warranty company like this who pays so quick and had knowledgeable claims representatives. We thank Kevin at ideal for his attention and helping work this claim in a quick manner.

It was an easy process when I needed service. No out of pocket and my mechanic was very happy since he was paid before I picked up the car.

I got this warranty 3 months ago just in case anything happened to my 2015 camaro and all of the sudden my car broke down in middle of the highway. THANK GOD i had iDeal they helped through this entire process getting my car fixed and even got me a rental car while my car was in the shop. Cant think of a better way I could've spent my money.

They dropped the ball on my repairs and left me stuck with a $875 bill from the dealership by not doing there due diligence prior to initiating any work and not only left me with a bill my vehicles engine was torn down per I deal say . So I received the vehicle back with half the engine in my car , imagine me driving my car there leaving with it in pieces.
Per ideal response: So ideal chose to call and offer me $70 to remove my review needless to say I declined and In response you have there reply, Obviously the person responsible for the reply is the person who lacks intelligence because you failed to read or comprehend correctly lol No I’m not a competitor , Clearlake Dodge is ASE certified and I never said I drove my car home it was towed with an extra $200 cost to me thanks to I deal I have all records and proof of doing my part legitimately sounds like ideal wants to pass the buck on this and not honestly take responsibility for there bad business with honest paying costumers .
