Orders are fulfilled via third-party publishers, and where a publisher becomes unresponsive or an order cannot proceed, users have the ability to reject the order, request cancellation, or request a refund in accordance with our policies.

While technical issues can occur on any platform, claims that the system is “broken” or that services are not delivered as standard are inaccurate.

That said, we do have clear protections in place for buyers. iCopify offers a refund policy for deleted articles or links and provides a 180-day link placement guarantee, under which affected orders are eligible for review and resolution in line with our published terms.
