The exchange didn't go through, the exchange platform won't refund the funds, and technical support keeps dismissing the facts and my arguments.
What's more, their terms state, “If the user refuses KYC/SoF or cannot provide the required information, a refund may be processed with a fee of up to 5% of the blocked amount,” but they've come up with an excuse for that, too.
