Over the last 15 years I have been involved with high quality watches and many collectors would come to me for advice - during that time I met a few guys and experienced first hand what kind of experience might be expected - all was normal and as to be expected with the average Jo Bloggs until I met Jason from Icini - things took such a dramatic turn- there was instant communication , communication throughout ,attention to detail and obvious pride in his work .Apart from that he is not an opportunist - his prices will astound you ,and I know a good few guys .Turnaround time is stunning - there is no silly waiting time as if he is too busy to do your pride and joy - Now one last thing I must mention - Some people were sent away from other watchmakers being told the repair was uneconomical or just not worth it and I passed those people on to Jason who just seemed positive about any kind of repair - things others couldn't be bothered with was a piece of cake for Jason - Probably because it's his passion - I have seen him take a water damaged piece of rust and turn it into as if it just left the shop .It took me over 11 years to find him and now I never recommend anyone else .If he can't fix it ,no one can .Politeness is his middle name -.Whether it's a new clasp ,a new crystal glass ,a polish and clean a complete rebuild,or a simple calibration Jason could do it in his sleep - He probably dreams about watches - The best there is .

Jason has carried out a full mechanical service on my Breitling. He ordered a new click spring and fitted that for me. He also polished the watch to an as new finish for me.
He has also carried out lots of other services on my other watches, in the same professional manner.
What i have found out is that, he's very approachable, prompt and friendly. His prices are very reasonable, and i especially like that he sends progress videos before, during and after.

GMT Master 2 repair.
My GMT Master 2 had an issue with the bezel, and a deep scratch on one of the polished links on the Oyster bracelet. I sent the watch on a Monday, and received it back, fully repaired on the Thursday. Excellent service, at a very good price. Highly recommended.

Fixed my RM was one of the most tricky movements ever to do and he fully serviced and fixed it. Did what most wouldn’t be able to! Quick too. 2 week turn around time :) Super amazing person, very trusting, and I would 1000 percent give him work in the future. He’s incredible at what he does, Jason thank you.

I have used ICENi a couple of times now, each time the attention to detail and communication about progress is perfect. Having diagnosis videos, disassembly and reassembly photos, with a final rebuild and testing video, always shows just the huge amount of work and detail that goes into working on such intricate pieces of mechanical engineering. Was guided to this business by a watch club that I belong to, sent an Omega which the sweeping second hand was stuttering. Sent the watch RM S/delivery. Had a message in a couple of days saying what the issue was and a price for repair. Authorised the repair and a couple of weeks later it returned RM S/delivery. My Omega is now running perfectly with many years of service to come. This was at a price below what I expected. Great service and customer support. Well done.

The skill this man possesses is unreal. I’ve used him numerous times. The turn around from me sending the watch to getting it back is very quick. No problems. Great communication too.
