Jason has done a few watches for me now, attention to detail is next level as is his communication throughout the process, whether it be a £100 or £10,000 you’re in safe hands.

Refinishing work second to non.

When I initially sent my watch to Jason, I assumed it would be a simple setup problem I had (just needed a service and adjustment). Jason came back and said that it may be something more troublesome and asked if it was OK to carry on investigating, which luckily he did.
He then came back and said it was all sorted after a thorough cleaning internally.
Amazing service and attention to detail, I honestly could not recommend him highly enough.
Also, his costs are super affordable.

I shall be sending a few more his way over time for health checks and tweaks.

I had the dial realigned and a new crystal fitted on a Rolex Date Just. Excellent service, good communication, and quick turnaround. Would thoroughly recommend.

Used Jason on numerous jobs from dust removal and watch stem replacement to full strip down and service of numerous Rolex movements and assembling of watches from the case up. His prices are really good and his work is impeccable. He is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed of progress along the way plus hes a really nice guy. I would not use any other watchmaker to work on my watches. He comes highly recommend.

Needed new seals on my Tudor Pelagos after it failed a pressure test. All done and returned like new at a very reasonable cost. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My only go to when I need any of my watches looking at. He's thorough, meticulous and sends you images and videos of the process. You won't go wrong with him.

I have just had my watch repaired, serviced, bracelet size reduced and refinished by Jason at Iceni and I am absolutely over the moon.

Communication has been first class, updates were superb (including pictures and video) and I now have my treasured watch back on my wrist.

For everything that I had done, the price was incredible, particularly at one point, I was looking at maybe needing to use an authorised service centre for the brand.

However, thankfully I found Jason and after reading all of the reviews from across the various platforms, I just knew that I could trust him and he did not dissapoint.

Sent my watch for repair as it wouldn’t run after being dropped. Communication was great throughout the repair, and I was kept updated at every stage. The work was completed quickly and my watch was returned the next day, securely packaged and running perfectly.

Top bloke and a wizard with watches, would happily recommend to anyone.

Jason repaired 2 of my watches this week. Pictures were sent showing what had broken and they both now work perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with a faulty watch and i certainly wouldn’t use anyone else now myself.
