Lack of notification on amount owed
My payday is documented as a friday and they continuously try to debit my account on the thursday. So every payment I have had to do as an etransfer. This has not been much of an issue until this last loan. After paying it off completely based on the amount provided they updated my account saying I was 20+ days past due. When inquiring about it I ended up emailing multiple different people and getting conflicting information. Their customer service was basically nonexistent.

Amazing service, fast processing, transparent and easy to use
The application process with iCash. was incredibly simple, fast, and easy. Terms pertaining to the cost of borrowing and repayment was in simplified language and was very transparent. I did contact customer service via email once in order to confirm that they had received my information, the response time from them was even an incredibly fast and accurate. In total, I have used the service three times and all three times it has been a seamless process. Solid five out of five stars.

This has gone from best experience to worst in 2 months . I applied for and received a loan in April. Paid off successfully. Received another loan in May for more- paid off successfully. Nothing has changed in my financial situation and yet I'm being asked to jump through hoop after hoop. Totally disappointed in their incompetence . So I'm adding to this because I can't stand inconsistency in Companies' policies . After having successfully applied for and received funds and paid it off. The company made it harder to re- loan on the third time. I had to send 7-8 emails with statements and screenshots and it still wasn't enough. I finally said that the only thing I was interested in then is a loan agreement and funds I requested and that's the last I heard from them. Terrible service
