Lovely quality items, used iCandy since my daughter was born and even then got the pip too for travelling the peach 7 and pip have been amazing, couldn’t recommend them more!

Returns isn't free
Delivery was fine and arrived on time. However, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay £10 to return the item at my local Post Office (recorded delivery). For such a big and popular company, charging customers for returns is very disappointing. Because of this, I will not be ordering from them again.

iCandy is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Collection can be arranged by iCandy which will incur costs of £10 from your refund amount, or you can post via royal mail (please keep tracking number) just in case the item does not reach us. (this will be at customers own risk)

Very disappointed in the quality of the pram. Ordered an ICandy pip pram and it has came scratched on the frame and I haven’t even had chance to use it yet. If I wanted replacement I would have had to be without a pram again whilst I waited for the new pram to come after collection of the old so felt inclined to take a partial refund. Was only offered 10% which I do not believe reflects the quality and the condition i have received this pram in

We are very sorry to hear about your review.
I have taken a look at the emails sent and replied. Because of the age of the pushchair I can see a replacement was offered, but declined. As advised on the phone it was explained why there would have been a one day gap.
I can confirm BOOTS (your store of purchase) have sent the partial credit agree by you, to the bank you purchased the item account with, this should be with you in the next 3 to 5 working days.
Good luck with your warranty, avoid at all costs.
So bought a travel system for in excess of £1500 from an approved retailer in October 2024. Son was born in May 2025 and probably started using the pram in June/july 2026.
Was using the pram over the course of the weekend and the handle system has completely detached from the chasis rendering the pram unusable and unsafe.
Read on the iCandy website that their products come with a 5 year warranty so was pleased with that.
Reading the website as it was an approved retailer I had to contact them directly this where the issues started.
Contacted the retailer who refused to recognise the warranty, then contacted iCandy whom even though it’s their product refused to process anything or even assist in any way with resolving the issue.
Been around in circles between the retailer refusing to acknowledge the warranty offered by the manufacturer and the actual manufacturer pretty much refusing acknowledge the issue with their retailers and their actual warranty.
If I’d bought a car and had a claim under warranty I wouldn’t expect the garage I bought it from to carry this out …. It would be the manufacturer !!
In any case after a lot of frustration and endless phone calls still no further forward with any warranty claim, I have however managed to get a refund and needless to say i wont be going anywhere near iCandy nor will I reccomend anyone to go near them.
Truly abysmal customer service and product quality given it was probably in use for 6 months.
Avoid at all costs.

Shockingly rude lady on customer…
Shockingly rude lady on customer service, she belittled me and spoke to me like I was a child and tried to have an argument when I told her she was being rude!
It’s taken 2 weeks for my box to arrive to put my faulty pram in (wheel snapped off and also won’t fold)
Now probably another 2 week wait to get it fixed and no pram/temp pram offered in the meantime.
Disappointed is an understatement.

I absolutely love my iCandy Peach 7 Complete Bundle in Pecan.
The colour is stunning – it feels so rich and elegant, and I’m constantly complimented on it when I’m out and about. It really does have that premium look and feel.
I love how adaptable the pushchair is. The ability to transition between carrycot and seat with ease makes it perfect for different stages, and everything feels secure and well-designed. It’s incredibly practical without compromising on style.
The free MiStand has been such a bonus – being able to use the carrycot at home is so convenient and makes life that little bit easier. It’s perfect for keeping baby close while I get things done.

Poor customer service- I ordered a foot much before Christmas which was promised to be sent out after the 4th January- came on the 9th February with no updates. I had to call twice and the customer service was appalling- with no reassurance just it should be sent out soon!
Will definitely not be buying from them again!!

Shipping over priced and took too long
Item cost £17. Shipping to NI was £25 as apparently considered as Ireland and not UK. In addition, shipping took almost 2 weeks. At £25, I’d have expected it within a couple of days at most.
