Lovely quality items, used iCandy since my daughter was born and even then got the pip too for travelling the peach 7 and pip have been amazing, couldn’t recommend them more!

Absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money! My baby is now 9 months old and the pram has peeled off on the bars lots and has been carefully handled. The hood canopy does not cover baby at all, and leaves her face intact whole body in the beaming sun. Cannot believe I paid so much money

Great products and service
We have been using both the iCandy Lime and Pip and we couldn't recommend either of these more. Great quality and fantastic service. We are using an older iCandy Lime model passed down from a family member and the iCandy team were amazing in helping us order a replacement part for the right model, sent out very quickly.

Icandy Customer Service Delivers!
Yesterday afternoon a young friend with two young children came to me in a panic with a problem. She had an iCandy pushchair, it was broken, and with the Bank Holiday weekend approaching to take the children out she needed it repaired - and fast!
I phoned iCandy's Customer Service team in Biggleswade. They could not of been more helpful. They booked me in for the following morning. I drove to Icandy and within an hour their repair shop had fixed the push chair. By early afternoon the repaired push chair was back with the mother and her 2 children - all ready for the Bank Holiday weekend!
All the Customer Services advisors I spoke to were very helpful. Particular thanks to Nichola. As soon as I started speaking to Nichola I knew I was in good hands and that this lady was going to solve the problem.

We bought peach 7 by paying almost 1400…
We bought peach 7 by paying almost 1400 pounds and I would say its not worth the money. Just after two months of using the leather of the bag is peeling off and the rubber on the main frame is also peeling. It has got alot of attachments and is not practical to use. Even though they claim you get 5 years warranty but when I contacted the customer service they just said its wear and tear so its not included in warranty which is rubbish. Total waste of money

I have looked into your case, the store you purchased from has sent images to the customer service team. The images show the changing bag handle, this as advised, would be due to wear and tear.
The handlebar bung is there to protect your handle bar from getting damaged when folding, its doing the job it was designed for.

We bought the Icandy core 2 pushchair (black) and our baby loves it. It is very comfortable for her. The delivery was fast and they made sure that it was handled well with care. We didn't had any issues with it.

Serious Safety Concern – No Resolution After 3 Months
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with iCandy.
I contacted them in February regarding a serious safety concern about the car seat cocoon. In my opinion, the product does not feel safe, and as a parent that is incredibly worrying. When it comes to baby products, safety should be the absolute priority.
We are now in May and there is still no resolution. Responses from customer service take weeks at a time, and communication has been slow and frustrating throughout. For something involving a potential safety issue, this level of delay is simply not acceptable.
I expected much better from a premium brand. I would strongly urge iCandy to review both the safety concerns raised and the way customer service handles urgent cases.
Very disappointing experience.

iCandy Orange 4 double pram
We ordered the iCandy Orange double pram for our toddler and newborn and absolutely love it. It’s really flexible with several options how to arrange the seat and carrycot. It’s easy to convert from a single to a double pram which is great for the days when it’s just me and the baby. I love the handy pocket on the back of the seat, handy for keys, phone, wallet etc… and It has a really big storage basket underneath. The seat reclines easily for napping and the bumper bars unclip and can be moved out the way for getting little ones in and out. We also love the ride on board feature which will be great when my toddler is old enough. My only negative is my previous pram had a strap to stop the baby slipping in the carrycot, which I miss. I also ordered the universal parasol with my points to protect the baby from the sun. I haven’t used that properly to see how effective it is, although I would have preferred if it folded down shorter so that fitted better in the storage basket underneath. Delivery was fast and efficient, I received time slot of an hour on the day of arrival so that I didn’t have to wait around all day.
