I am very happy with the iCandy Pip stroller. It is lightweight, easy to fold, smooth to push, and very comfortable for my baby. The quality and design are excellent.

I bought this item and It has never folded and I have contacted them about this. The very rude customer service member I spoke with expects me to put my baby on my back or carry him in my arms while I move around. And they keep the buggy for repair for 5 to 7 working days.
They have not considered the fact that it is a fault from their company since production.

Reading their reviews now, i can tell it is a common problem

And i have had lot of troubles with this buggy.

It means that I can't go in a car with the buggy because it doesn't fold and the customer service lady was speaking to me as though I didn't know what I was talking about.
This is my third baby, so am not new to the buggy world.

Even cheaper buggy with just one handle fold was very easy and had no stress.

There seem to be an issue with the production, as the common issue is handle bar

This issue has not been resolved and they dont dim it fit to send down a technician to fix it.

Instead they want to keep the buggy for repair without providing alternative option of how am going to survive with my baby

Actually, another customer service representative (Nichola) had gone further to help me by sending me a loan pip buggy. While my buggy is taken away for repair. Now my baby and i can get around during that window of time.

Which is a very great help for me and I truly appreciate her effort

She showed empathy and understanding

Not everyone would need it because they might have options.

But at the end of it, am thankful...

Please don't purchase item. There is something wrong with the handle bar and folding of the buggy. Statistics shows 21% has given them just one 🌟 star. Please do not ignore this because I happen to experience the reason at first hand.

To fold the buggy is like you are fighting with it ( this is not a joke)

After i complained that the pushchair has never folded, they sent for it to be collected for repair and it came back worse that even the breaks that did not have any issue before, now doesn't hold both tyres. I mean the driver stepped on the break and there was my baby in the middle of the bus ( yet the breaks was on)

The handle bar which was the number one issue still doesn't fold at a go.

When i recieved, the pushchair, I called the customer service and as usual the lady made me feel as though I don't have the knowledge with buggies.

She even said if it were people with knowledge with buggies, they would fold it.

So in order not to argue, I told her to tell me the company that represent you guys for sales and she said
JOHN LEWIS AND MAMAS AND PAPAS

And the closest to me was Southampton.

Southampton is quite a journey for me and my kids but in order to prove that am not silly,
After watching on YouTube several times, and attempting it, I knew that there is something wrong

So I decided to embark on the journey there

Getting to John Lewis,
I approached a sales representatives of different buggy product including your buggy (icandy)

To be fair, I had planned on how to approach her so that she can attend to me without bias.

I said to her

" PLEASE I NEED HELP"

"PLEASE SHOW ME HOW TO FOLD THIS BUGGY"

Then she started with the usual method, while i was watching but frowned her face as she fiddled with it.

Push and pressing down to engage the button on the handle.

After almost 2 mins, she folded it

Then I attempted, there goes the stuggle again

She came back on and attempts again and she said

"Its not supposed to be this stiff"

Please wait and she called her senior on duty

He told her please wait

We waited about 8 mins when he finally came and attempts it,

He also said the same thing

" Well, half of the attempts doesn't fold it but eventually he was able to fold it"

Then I placed another call to your customer service there and then in front of the sales representatives and who was still saying on the phone that they had not fully engaged with the buggy.
That the technician saw the old pins there and took it away then the new pin

Non sense talking

The issues we have had since we bought the buggy, even before we requested for new handle bar to attempt to fix it ourselves.

Then I said if i dont have buggy knowledge
Am In store with two sales representatives who are selling your buggies to people in a very big store.
They handle buggies everytime

ARE THEY TOO WITHOUT BUGGY KNOWLEDGE?

It is a battle to fold

As it is now even the complaint department will say everything and anything just not to replace only the frame

The buggy is not folding at a go
The complaint department are sending me the notes of the technician, if we were to go by notes, we will visit the library.
The voice of the effective functioning of the buggy speaks louder than notes

Customer care were very cheerful and helpful, a credit to the icandy brand. Unfortunately for myself the foam on the pram handle bar that has become very worn wasn't able to be replaced.

Been a great experience can’t wait to have my travel system with me

I nearly lost my finger whilst using our iCandy push chair. I tried to contact them about this but their website makes this nigh on impossible to do. I’m going to phone their support number in the morning, but it is so disappointing that the website seems to have been designed to make it hard to submit a product support request, especially after the design of this product has caused me such a bad injury.

Delivery on time

Icandy mi stand is a great product very sturdy and very easy to use. Definitely a life saver.

Easy to order a replacement mattress for the carry cot to for my icandy and super quick delivery!

I purchased an iCandy Peach 7 for my daughter (for my grandson), but from the very first day of use we experienced multiple issues, including a serious safety incident. Following discussions with Baby Planet, a refund was agreed and the pram was returned to iCandy.

Despite having received the pram back at their offices on 9 June (with courier proof of delivery provided), Vanessa, Head of Customer Services, contacted us last week asking when we would be returning it. We immediately supplied the delivery evidence showing that iCandy had already received the pram.

Since then, we have repeatedly asked for clarification and an update on our refund. Unfortunately, Vanessa has not responded to any of our emails. We have now chased this matter five times over the past week without receiving a single reply.

This level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. It appears that the refund process is being unnecessarily delayed despite iCandy already being in possession of the returned pram. Based on our experience, we would not purchase from iCandy again and will be escalating this matter further if the refund is not processed promptly.

Great service from the online ordering process through to the next day delivery. Easy and efficient service.

The new Cocoon 360 Baby & Beyond Seat. Our 6-month-old granddaughter loves sitting in it and sleeps soundly on journeys. Grandma and Grandpa enjoy the ease of putting her in and taking her out of the seat when it is twisted to face us. The swivel action is a game-changer for our backs! The delivery was very fast, and we were set up and ready to go within days of ordering it.
