If you don’t have a blender, you can use our pourable frappe liquid over ice instead. HOT CHOCOLATES - Our selection of hot chocolates are a must have for your drinks collection. Fantastic customer service
I contacted Simply's customer support after unfortunately getting a bottle of their syrup from amazon that had gone bad in order to let them know in case of production issues, and even though I had already received a refund for it through amazon, their support sent me out a new bottle free of charge ! The rep I spoke with was very kind and the replacement bottle arrived super quickly. A great company I would definitely recommend and purchase from again in the future !
