I ordered two 5.0Ah makita batteries and they arrived within 2 weeks. Both batteries work and charge properly. Infact, they both look brand new. Lisa has been great at keeping me informed on the delivery progress and even had a tracking number for me. Excellent price and great customer service. I highly recommend Ibatterys.👌

I ordered 2 Canon batteries for my camcorder which took a couple of weeks to arrive and Lisa was very good in keeping me informed of progress explaining the delay was due to being held up in customs. On arrival I tested both batteries and they charged with no problems and were excellent value.

The battery i ordered was u/s when it arrived,however they sent two replacment batteries which worked ok. Although i had to wait for the replacements the service was good and i would recommend this company.

Dont buy from this company..i placed an order for power tool batteries and the delivery time frame came and went. I had to email several times to chase where my order items were. Finally i got a response and a tracking number- the batteries did arrive but have since had problems. So sent the batteries to Makita and they have told me the batteries are fake. The case has been made to look like a genuine battery and inside there are just several AA batteries. Absolute rip off totally avoid buy from elsewhere!

If I could give misuse star's I would. Stay clear of this company I bought a battery and it is fake and the charger doesn't last 2seconds.i asked for the return address and they ain't giving it they said they would refund me and not refunded yet PayPal are dealing with it. The person Lisa stops responding and ignoring an emails you send. They say they have a place in Portsmouth which is a Lie it all comes from China don't be filled like I was stay clear

Ordered a camera battery charger. I was a little irritated by the length of time waiting for it to be delivered. Being an old brand, I realised it was difficult to source. Ibatterys reposed well and swiftly to all my enquires, until the item arrived.

When I ordered a battery charger the process was so easy with so little info required that I was concerned that is was not a legitimate business, HOWEVER, they responded to my enquiry within 24 hours and the item arrived on time! Very easy to do business with.

Ordered a Canon battery. Delivery a little longer than expected but otherwise no problems. Hopefully battery will do the job it’s supposed to as not used yet

I tried to cancel my order because the business passed itself of as a UK business. It clearly isn’t I don’t appreciate fraudulent business practices. My request for cancellation was ignored twice. Meanwhile the battery arrived. It was clearly a copy of a Nikon battery ( a good copy) but easy enough to spot if you compare it with the original.

I ordered 2 x CANON NB-5L replacement batteries. Lisa was very helpful when I asked about my order a week or so later. The batteries look identical to originals and serve my camera very well. Will order from this company again when time comes! Thank you.

If I could give a 0/10 I would. I ordered two Makita 5ah batteries from this company. Didn't realize they were actually based out of China, until a week after we ordered and they hadn't arrived. Spoke to a women called Lisa who was helpful the first time I emailed asking when they would be delivered. Delivery ended up taking 21 days. Once we got the batteries all seemed good, however about 3 months down the line they both stopped working properly within a week of each other. One wouldnt charge and just flashed red to green. The other did charge but the battery no longer had enough juice to power the drill to its full capacity. This is when everything went downhill with the company. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. Sent an email and ended up emailing back and forth with Lisa again. She refused to process a refund. Kept saying she would send two new batteries out and never did. When I asked if they were sending two out she couldn't confirm that. At one point she said "your batteries are broken. Have a nice day" that's really helpful customer service, not! Then I threatened to escalate it to PayPal and they asked if I would cover the shipping cost of the two batteries to which I said no as they were faulty so in the end I escalated it to paypal and within a few days of doing so they had reviewed the case and it went in my favour and they refunded me.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
EVEN IF IT DOES SAVE YOU A BIT OF MONEY DONT DO IT!

Excellent service despite delivery delay due to Covid problems. Lisa was charming and helpful providing excellent customer service and satisfaction
