Not only was the price very good, but the battery was a genuine Fuji item with the latest slightly higher capacity - unlike 4 others I bought on the web. Slight delay in arriving, but par for the course with just about everything at the moment. In fact I was glad to be able to source genuine Fuji items. Also thanks to Lisa for a quick response to my query.

I ordered a battery for my Sony A7riii. The correspondence with the seller was very good. If you want a battery quickly go to jessops and pay the top price, if time isnt an issue then I would recommend them. I ordered on the 22nd and it arrived on the 9th.

I order Sony batteries took a while due to crona virus shipment delays. Support was good promptly replying to emails. Compensated with good discount. In the end I had good experience.

Took a while for product to arrive but in fairness a lot of it was down to the coronavirus have tried it & it works fine

The new Nikon battery on this site exactly the same as what's in the camera took a bit of time getting here but eventually arrived no problem with the battery works great would buy another one if necessary thank you very much

Excellent, I have been in contact with them ever since my battery had been dispatched very trustworthy! Said I have a 3 year warranty as well which is perfect!

Battery arrived on time. Holds charge up to now.Would definitely use ibatterys again when required. Lisa very helpful with a few little questions no problems.

Apparently Portsmouth is now part of China!
Sent me a fake version of a Fuji battery charger.
When challenged their response was
"Our charger is very nice and workful, the version is different, please try to use it for a while. How about we give you a 10% discount?"
They had the cheek to use a photo of the 'real' one their website. CLOWNS AND LIARS!!!
Thankfully paypal refunded

Ordered two makita batteries, took forever to arrived.
I be honest in saying, once I had got in contact with Angela she was very helpful in saying my batteries were on there way.
It also be unfair to give a bad review due to COVID and delivery from China

I emailed them again for an update of my items and again apologies from Angela, saying due to COVID the batteries were put under quarantine.

They arrived the next day. :0)

Absolutely shockingly bad service, to then receive a fake Makita battery, when you compare it to the original one the writing is different et cetera, I was offered a 10% discount for being messed about which never happened, Lisa fails to respond to emails.

Stay away from this company it’s just a scam and no more than a scam.

Terrible service! States parcel sent. Not received! Various emails to Ibattery. Most not delivered. Told me to phone Yodel myself. Impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel. Requested company chase. All emails currently not being delivered. Would NOT recommend!

Never received item, tracking info never updated, now they seem to be refusing to refund and cancel my order. It's been over a month and I just get emails trying to give me a 20% discount, but no refund. Avoid

FAKE SONY BATTERY SUPPLIED ASKED FOR REFUND IGNORED EMAILS BOTH TRADING STANDARDS AND PAYPAL TAKEN CASE ON AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
