It's not very transparent how the interest yield is achieved. Also, the interest is very low with 2.5% compared to other P2P providers.

I was a little bit cautious firstly with the app to be fair. I invested a little amount of money. I did a short plan so as to check it and I withdrew my money to check the whole procedure. I can say that it is flawless.

I had a problem but the customer service was very helpful and we solved it immediately.

I am very happy with IbanWallet of course now my investment is bigger. It is a lot better than the 0,1% that my bank offers.

Zero transparency. The Latvian entity is a shell owned by some Afgan with French passport. Everything just screams scam so I'd stay away. They didn't answer anything to my basic due diligence questions. There's more transparent and reliable lending companies to invest in.

The comunication is transparent and honest. My experience has been very sactisfactory. I'm pleased, so far.

Quiero que me dejen de reclamar por el contrato que ya envié en digital según lo establecido, no puedo enviarlo de retorno en físico por el momento, ya que no hay alguna sucursal FedEx en donde vivo, no son lo suficientemente profesionales como para coordinarse, ya van como cuatro o cinco que me preguntan lo mismo por el mismo medio, ya no uso su servicio hace meses y me siguen molestando

Satisfeito com a aplicação, segura e intuitiva! Os juros entram diariamente na conta, e são apresentados ao investidor! No entanto, seria muito desejável, que houvessem relatórios ou informação publicada, (de forma transparente e periódica), relativamente ao estado financeiro dos investimentos e da empresa,
face ao cumprimento dos contraentes de crédito. Este procedimento, iria trazer uma melhor informação, que ajudaria os investidores a tomarem as suas melhores decisões, e em tempo útil!

I've been a customer since January 2020 and these guys are constantly improving their services. I even have my own personal Financial Manager from Iban and she is always available for any doubts or questions I may have (via WhatsApp, email and phone calls), something that traditional banks don't provide efficiently nor effectively.
In the nearby future, Iban Wallet will make traditional banks bankrupt. Just wait and see 😁
The only downside is that money transfers take a bit longer than usual: nowadays customers want to have IMMEDIATE access to their money, instead of waiting for 1 day which is already too much (or more, in the worse case scenario). I'm sure one day Iban Wallet will make it possible for us to access our money immediately on a hassle-free way! Many thanks :)

Fácil utilização e boas taxas investimento.

Ho iniziato a febbraio 2020 a versare dei fondi ed al momento tutto bene! non ho ancora fatto richiesta di ritiro fondi, vedremo tempi e modalità

Ho chiesto accredito di 300 euro ma mi dicono che non hanno nessuna richiesta. Sul mio conto mi dicono che i soldi mi sono stati accreditati ma non è vero.
Penso che mi stiano truffando.

Gostei bastante da experiência, as o promessas foram integralmente cumpridas - pagamento de juros dentro do prazo, oferta de bónus imediata, processo de carregamento e levantamento de fundos muito rápido e fácil. Em suma, uma app de excelência para quem procura investir com segurança e sem burocracia. Parabéns pela app. Excelente.

Ridiculous. If you check the earlier reviews many people complained about not being able to o open account just because they hold certain passport.
Ibanwallet excuse was that they do not operate everywhere around the world so they are unable to cover certain geographical locations.

BUT I (AND MANY) who applied were based in European countries were ibanwallet operates. We were rejected only based on our original nationality. Which is pure profiling, discrimination, and against laws in some EU countries.

After they told me I was rejected based on my passport, I nicely requested more information on why it matters when I'm actually located in a European country where IBAN operates anyway and I hold documents in that country. The reason I asked this is because I didn't want to just assume they are profiling people based on background. They NEVER REPLIED as if I never sent am email. (Btw, it has been months. So they can't have the excuse that they have lots of mails and so on)
