Ibanwallet 

I have been using Ibanwallet for over 3 years, and recommended it to family and friends as I could invest money, withdraw and all went smoothly given I had an account manager's support. I haven't heard from them in months, and now (April 2024) when I went to check status, I cannot login, the usual website does not exist and I cannot access my money. The account manager's email does not exist anymore and I have no way to contact the company to check my funds.

Tutto ha funzionato fino a Novembre 2023, ogni volta che entravo nell'App vedevo l'investimento lentamente crescere, non di molto, ma cresceva. Non ho mai provato a ritirare i soldi.
Ricontrollo a fine febbraio, l'app non c'e' piu', impossibile accedere o reinstallarla. Il sito SCOMPARSO! Il dominio e' attivo fino Aprile 2024, ma non attivo sul Web. Alle email non rispondono, tutti i social anche scomparsi. il numero di supporto e' disattivato.
Hanno chiuso la ditta e sono spariti con i soldi di tutti gli utenti!! Fortuna che avevo "investito" solo 100€, altri hanno perso molto, molto di piu!

Ho indicato solo 3 stelle in quanto ritengo che il servizio clienti sia essenziale soprattutto per rapporti esclusivamente via internet. Il 29/12 scorso ho inviato una mail di richiesta informazioni al referente indicatomi Fabrizio Suzzi, ad oggi non ho ancora avuto alcuna risposta. Nonostante le continue dichiarazioni che il servizio assistenza verrà migliorato, ciò non è avvenuto è sempre tardivo e talvolta assente. Altra pecca è l'assenza trasparenza su come viene investito il denaro depositato. Risolvendo le due osservazioni sareste da 5 stelle.

Mesi fa hanno chiuso tutto all'improvviso.

Tenia invertido 50.000 eur a 3 años al 4% interes con una ventana de retirada a1.5 año
Lo e retirado todo con los interes y sin ningún problema al día siguiente

I’ve been an Iban wallet customer for over 2 years and their latest changes were a perfect example of awful customer management. They decided to dismiss some customers (this was a first) based on some technical excuses that were never explained to me. I only discovered this because my account was blocked, no warning on this. It seems that Iban wallet goes now under the name Neowintech and has some other companies getting different parts of the business, as far as I could understand, the terrible customer support is delivered under Safebrok and the team that actually works on the product is under Teapayment.
This is very shady and being a long term investor on P2P I warn anyone that your money might one day just disappear under normal circumstances and having a company splitting into new ones just to make it hard to anyone understand what is being done with your money… Make sure Iban wallet, Neowintech, Safebrok or Teapayment is not connected to any of your investments.

Llevo años y hasta el momento no tuve problemas . Al principio podía tener interés compuesto . Ahora no. Pero puedes invertir desde un euro y retirar cuando quieras . El interés ahora mismo es del 2,5 por ciento . Lo único es que no entiendo cómo antes era una entidad extranjera y ahora al hacer un depósito me sale Unicaja banca . Hablo desde España .

Unica accortezza per chi investe dall'Italia: dichiarare gli interessi in dichiarazione dei redditi per il pagamento del 26% e se la cifra depositata supera una giacenza media di 5000€ per il pagamento del bollo sui c/c perché è un conto non amministrato in Italia (cmq sulla app è scaricabile il resoconto annuale degli interessi ricevuti)

Non apre piu' il sito la mail non funziona e il telefono pure comincio a preoccuparmi

SCAM! I used the app for a year, with €35 to try it out. Interest slowly grew to €37-ish, but no way to withdraw money and now when I try to login it says client_blocked. Customer support has been offline and unavailable for days. SCAM.

Mon compte a été bloqué je ne sais pas pour quelle raisonet ils on dit que l'argent serait versé dans les jours à venir sur mon compte de banque Raiffeisen, sa fait 2 semaines et rien, même pas un Mail à avertir que mon compte a été bloqué, j'ai toutes les documents en ordre pour me rendre mon argent, service client ne répond pas au messages.... arnaque

Je ne peux pas accéder à mon compte, il est bloqué je ne sais pas pour quelle raison, heureusement que mon investissement chez eux est minime

Questa estate ho ritirato i miei fondi senza problemi e fino a qui niente di preoccupante. Avevo fatto entrare due persone con il mio referral link e le stavo aiutando perché volevano ritirare i fondi. Così scopro che il responsabile finanziario è cambiato e il numero di chiamare per eventuale assistenza non è attivo. La richiesta di ritiro è stata fatta da parte di queste persone spero che i fondi gli tornino indietro
