Always lovely products.
Easy to use website and purchasing. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed. The products are always great, well made and beautiful. The rug I bought was gorgeous, really colourful, well made and great length.

Really disappointing quality rug, unfortunately do not recommend.
I have to say i am so disappointed with the quality of this rug that we bought. It was expensive and honestly it’s like a bath towel which we have laid on the floor. Pulling in every which way when you step on it and just moving so much whenever you step on any spot of it. Really expected something with a bit more structure on the underside. It’s like a rug which is meant to be set up and looked at but not walked on which extremely disappointing. Looks lovely pattern wise but that’s all I can say about it. Would not recommend. Website says they will not reimburse delivery for returns and it’ll cost up to about 70 quid so we are stuck with it now. So having to invest in some stort of sticky underside now to add some structure stability to the rug itself so it acts less like a towel on the floor and more like a rug which is meant to be walked on.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm really sorry to hear you are disappointed with the rug. We wanted to make this rug as accessible as possible for people to buy so we used recycled cotton and didn't have this backed. We have tried to show the backing on our online photos as we do not want to mislead our customers. We are now ordering more of these rugs with a hard back though so customers can have the option to pay more, these will be roughly double the price though. We are also going to add to the description that we recommend using an anti-slip underlay with our current rugs.
We only ever charge over £60 for returns if it is a furniture item, it would never cost this for a rug. We do offer a returns link for non furniture items and we just charge £5 for this. I have replied to your email though with some more details on your order and hope this has helped. Meghan

Avoid the cushion inners
The cushion covers are beautiful and I would highly recommend. But don't buy the cushion inners that Ian Snow offer - they are flat and have an awful crunching sound when touched. They don't match the quality of the covers and sadly let them down.

As a company we believe in using waste by products rather than virgin raw materials. We’ve done a lot of research into the implications of plastic inners, even recycled plastic inners, and the impact is far worse than using something that is there whether we create demand for it or not.
