I purchased an on-line gift card as a present. I wanted to send the gift card directly to the recipient.
It was unclear when ordering if I could send the gift card directly via e-mail to the recipient.
The outcome was the gift-card came to me via e-mail and I then forwarded the gift card to my friend. I was disappointed there was no system to add a message on the web site and send the gift card directly.
However, my friend was delighted to receive the gift card and thought the products on Ian Snow looked lovely and appealed to her style.

Excellent delivery experience
Loved the mirrored tallboy which was better than I imagined and the delivery experience was brilliant. The guys carried it to where I asked and took away all the packaging too and smiled.

Stunning ethical rugs
I was so happy to find such beautiful 100% recycled cotton rugs on Ian Snow's website. I was looking for a vegan, eco friendly option that would be soft underfoot and this was perfect. After first ordering a runner, which exceeded expectations, I ordered a larger rug and am very pleased. Some previously boring spaces in our new house are now alive and cosy. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The supplier always err on the side of caution but these can be machine washed, we would just recommend doing this on a cold setting and using a ball inside the machine to keep the filling evenly dispersed. I hope that helps
