Excellent service! So happy with my two framed pictures, even nicer than expected but what really made me leave this review was the excellent customer service. I emailed to ask when I might expect delivery (as wanted for a Christmas present) and Chloe kept me informed at all stages, even emailing once I’d received notification from DPD - above and beyond - thank you!

Excellent service and fabulous art
I have ordered a number of prints from Fy! and can only say good things. The artwork is fantastic, but what really stands out is their customer service. I have had a few shipping issues and the company made it a priority to stay on top of and correct my issues - even by sending a replacement shipment free of charge.

Il poster è arrivato ed è molto ben fatto.
Arriva dall'estero quindi inevitabilmente i tempi di spedizione non possono essere brevi.
Nel dubbio che il poster ordinato non arrivasse entro Natale, mi sono rivolta al servizio di assistenza che mi ha seguita passo passo, dandomi costanti aggiornamenti sulla spedizione con una attenzione davvero particolare.

Slightly late but worth the wait. Customer service top notch
The delivery time was very slow, it took over 2 weeks for these to arrive. However, the quality of the prints is very good-highly pigmented,nice thick paper and well packaged. I'd also like to give a special mention to Chloe at customer service, who responded to my requests very quickly, and once I'd let her know that delivery had been delayed, they arrived very quickly afterwards

I’ve just received my first order from this company, and the prints and frames are absolutely brilliant. There was a delay in dispatch that initially made me quite nervous, but it turned out to be a genuine issue that was resolved. In the end, the final product was well worth the wait.

Excellent quality and customer service
Have bought from this company on a couple of occasions and their prints, and customer service is second to none. The latest prints I bought had a mark on them and I asked for a refund on one of them and a replacement for the other and it was all done within 24hrs. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Having been gifted multiple prints for my new home I decided to purchase one I own as a Christmas present. It was left out in the rain by evri & got damaged. I reached out to customer services & after sending photos they are sending out a replacement. They were quick to get back in contact & customer service has been top notch.
