I have had a wonderful experience with Fy! and Chloe in the customer support team. I received a framed print that had a different border than described. Chloe was amazing at understanding what had happened, she was super quick with responses, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!! Thank you, so very much to both Chloe and Fy! Easy to use site .Good communication re delivery. Safely packaged . Although as it was in a tube I did have to iron a couple of creases out before hanging!!

I found the perfect print
I found the perfect print, but when it arrived, the postal service left the packaging torn open and with one end bent. Nearly immediately after sending a message to see what options were available, another print was ordered for me by Chloe. No hassle, super friendly service, and a really lovely print. Outstanding customer service
I ordered a print and it was unfortunately sent to my previous address 20 minutes away. I contacted Fy! Via email and received an immediate response with several follow up emails in an attempt to troubleshoot. I was able to get one of my neighbors to intercept the package, but I couldn’t be more impressed by the communication and customer service. I’m very happy with the product as well.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My parcel was lost by the courier (probably my fault as postcode was incorrect on my delivery address) but my agent Chloe was so responsive and helpful in sorting a replacement for me.
Would definitely order again, it’s reassuring to know that the level of customer support is that high in case of any complications with delivery or ordering etc.

Top Quality Print

Great prints!
After trawling through a number of other sites selling wall art prints I ordered three framed prints from Fy! I wanted something a little different from the norm and found them here. I then received an email to remind me that I had not ordered my two free unframed prints which I was eligible for. I consequently received my framed prints followed a few days later by the free prints after a few emails back and forth with Chloe. We are so pleased with all the prints. The framed ones look great on our living room wall and have been much admired. I am sure once we frame the free prints they will also look good.
I have to mention Chloe again who went above and beyond to help with my confusion with how to order the free prints after my initial order. I’m blaming it on my having a senior moment. Customer service at its best. I would happily recommend Fy! to anyone wanting great prints from great artists at reasonable prices.
