I've already deposited a lot into the site and lost everything. They have this daily wheel you can win money from, and after 1 or 2 months, I decided to check it out. I spun it and got maybe like $5 from it. I managed to run that up to around $200, so I decided to withdraw it. But they rejected it, claiming I was inactive in terms of deposits. So, I just said screw it and gambled the whole amount away

Unbelievably bad experience for a month.

I usually deposit daily a 20/40 bucks to gamble, since i have the possibility to do that, but when i joined Hype.Bet i found no fun at all. It was recommended by me through a streamer. Been playing for a month, and i can say the win chance here is so low that it is very frustrating to even load the site and think about giving it a try.

How can you give such a low chance of winning or any return when spinning? My experience here is that most of the spins were usually dead spins, outcomes were pre-determined because the wins loaded faster than the outcome of the slot.

You are obviously rigging the system. I understand that you will say that you have a fast connection to the service, but you are probably the HOST behind the server.

People seriously GO eslwhere, dont listen to the streamers, this casino is horrible. I understand also why they give so much free goodies like the wheelspin, because you will be going to lose, and continuously the streamers will win eventually.

I read also in other reviews about the T&C about restrictions. I think hype.bet need to look in to their promotional lobby, since they tell people to use VPN, or act like you are from a country you are valid to play from. I have proof of a recent streamer that is telling me, and others to join.

If you want that proof, please consider e-mailing me. Because it does damage your brand, and you do act fraudulently through that matter.

Security issues was a big player for some time but found out they were manipulating my information to gigadat a third party payment provider (Interac) then they gaslighted me and said my account was flagged for security issues and requested documents when I asked to update my email I closed my account right after.

How did they manipulate my information to gigadat?

I had a gambling block with gigadat all other casino sites adhere to this block except hype.bet I used the same information on hype as I would for any other site yet hype is the only site that the block doesn’t work hence they are somehow navigating around this block aka changing my information or withholding certin information gigadat (Interac) then they flagged my account for security issues.

The reality is Hype.bet will contradict this review and say it is not accurate and that they take responsible gambling seriously however the actions on the site and the manipulation of customer data contradicts and claim of responsible gambling they may try to make.

be warned if you are a Canadian player your data will be manipulated to gigadat and can lead to financial security breaches as in my case unfortunately.

Gigadat has one set of data that they use tor blocks you have the data you submit to them to process payments you do have control over the data you send hence having that ability

Disgusting hype flagged my review saying it contains harmful and illegal content they just admitted that their practices are illegal disgusting business

I am writing this review to warn the global gambling community and crypto users about the highly unethical and predatory operations of Hype bet
This platform explicitly lists Germany as a restricted jurisdiction in their Terms and Conditions (Section 2.1.2), yet they intentionally fail to implement basic, standard industry safeguards such as IP-based geo-blocking or upfront verification during registration. They seamlessly allowed me to register an account from Germany, deposit approximately $420 via Kinguin gift cards and Binance USDC, and place bets without a single warning or restriction. 
The issue arose when I personally reviewed their Terms & Conditions. Acting in good faith, I contacted their live chat support to openly and transparently inform them that I was accessing the platform from Germany. Instead of handling this professionally, they immediately and permanently restricted my account. 
When I requested a refund of my initial deposits, their Fraud Department refused, hiding behind the cynical excuse that the funds were "lost during gameplay" and therefore nothing remains to be refunded. 
This is a textbook compliance double-standard and a direct violation of their own rules:
1. Contractual Nullity: If a player is banned from registering, any contract between the player and the casino is void from inception (nichtig). A casino cannot legally pocket profits or claim "gameplay losses" derived from a contract they themselves deem prohibited. 
2. Violation of Their Own T&Cs (Section 2.3.3): Their own terms explicitly state that when an account is closed or suspended, the platform reserves the right to "void/cancel all bets and transactions of that Account." If the casino chooses to void the account access based on jurisdiction, they are contractually obligated under Section 2.3.3 to void the transactions and return the initial deposits. You cannot selectively enforce terms—voiding the user's access while pocketing the funds. 
Hype actively operates a system where they gladly accept deposits from restricted European territories, let users play while they are losing, and then retroactively weaponize their "Restricted Countries" clause to avoid any financial accountability or refunds. 

Status: Disputed / Unresolved Refusal of Refund

UPDATE : 07.07.2026 ;After Hypebet permanently restricted my account because I was playing from Germany, they later changed their website to display a “CURRENT AREA RESTRICTED” message for users from Germany.

When I registered, deposited $420 USDC, and played on the platform, there was no effective block preventing me from accessing the site or making deposits. Only after accepting my money and allowing me to gamble did they rely on their Terms & Conditions to deny my refund request.

In my experience, this is extremely unfair. If Germany was a restricted jurisdiction, access and deposits should have been blocked from the beginning—not after my funds had already been accepted and lost.

Despite multiple emails, they refused to offer even a goodwill refund or a reasonable compromise.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hype. Please be very careful before depositing money on this platform, especially if you are accessing it from a restricted jurisdiction.

I am very satisfied with them rejecting my withdrawal when I needed it the most. All this time when I was losing on their website it was not an issue now I won $24 not even above $100 , just only $24 and they start to have a problem.

How?
They reject my withdrawal saying that my IP was associated with multiple accounts. That reason they were not wrong I gave my brother to login to play on hype.bet but for the mere fact that his login was detected they used that to block my $24 btc and suspended my account.

I have attempted to make withdrawals , small ones of 20 and 80 usd, and they dont accept it, then without a word they block my account permentantly, forcing me to make new accounts. and now i cant KYC? they know u got multiple accounts that is breaking the ToS yet they allow u to depo so they can squeeze every penny out of you. disgusting site and management.

These guys have an absolutely horrible customer rewards program and approach to attracting VIP. I am a very active player, with high VIP status at two prominent crypto casinos and another online smaller casino. i had received some no deposit bonus when the site launched and enjoyed some of their house games so when I became dissatisfied with my experience at one of the two prominent crypto casinos i was a regular player at, i took advantage of Hype Bets VIP transfer with the thought that if I was able to jump straight to a comparable VIP status and access similar benefits as the other site I would direct that play to Hype Bet. However only after the VIP transfer was approved and I was advanced to a level comparable to the other site
I was notified that VIP transfers are not assigned a personal VIP host, which is the main benefit of a VIP program. by doing the VIP transfer, the only thing i got was high level where my next milestone reward was at an insanely high wagering target which i'd have to achieve with wagering I would receive zero VIP benefits from along the way. so i deposited moderately and it turns out their weekly and monthly rakeback are extremely low. i only ever received a few cents for each. instead of instant or daily rakeback they have a daily wheel which even after a days worth of high wagering and you're advanced to the $100 wheel you only get a dollar or two reward.

i tried a few times to contact support about receiving some sort of extra bonus given what I received was laughable in comparison to other sites I play at and each time I was given the same boiler plate response. even yesterday when I had wagered close to $20 k in a day ($50 k in the previous week) without any withdraws, and received a daily spin reward of $2. at the other casinos I play at i'd receive 5 times that as instant rakeback plus hefty weekly and monthly rakeback. I asked support to look at my lifetime wagering and bonus payout and assess if they think my lifetime rewards were satisfactory, explaining that i was on the verge of closing my account and I received the same boiler plate response .

it was the last straw and I closed my account. why play at such a stingey casino that has zero value for their players or the foresight to attract high rollers when I can be making 10 times the amount of rewards at competitors.
