Following up my previous review — after Hype.bet blocked my account and refused to pay my $90,446 win on Dead or Alive 3, they are now sending me shameless promotional emails trying to entice me back to deposit and gamble more.
The latest email cheerfully greets me by name and invites me to play their new “Shadow Pirates” slot dropping tomorrow with 98% RTP, plus an in-game tournament where top 10 players win $100 cash. It even ends with a “Deposit Now” button and “See you in the game.”
They have the audacity to try and lure me back while still holding my money and keeping my account locked.
Absolutely shameless behaviour.

I opened an account and deposited 130 euros, started playing and won 1000 euros, i made a withdraw request for 600 while i was playing woth the other money.
All that time i was playing they did not approve the withdraw at all i even gave 5 hours time the withdraw was still pending.
Its a casino when they do not respect the player and have hidden terms and conditions where they can delay forever withdrawals

Played demo game with my real money.
Deposited 300$. While waiting for the amount to get in my account, I went and chose a demo game. Played it until it said no more money. Weird since it as 100k then I saw that it used my real funds. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and no refunds will be accepted.
No compensation either and 100% denying that it is their fault. Even got a screenshot that clearly shows it was in demo mode and the funds weren't even in the account when the game launched.
