These socks are a great product. I work 12 hour shifts and stand for a long period of that time. These compression socks have significantly helping sooth my legs. I highly recommend them AAA +++

Unfortunately these did not work for me. Make sure when you send them back you have some way of proof you sent them. I sent 1 pair used and 1 pair never opened. taped the package very good with extra tape and they only are giving me credit for 1 pair (never opened) state they did not receive the used one.

I checked all the communication with our customer service and i can assure you we take all customer issues seriously. In your case our warehouse partner discovered that only one of the purchased pairs was returned.
They never make such mistakes, or at least we never had such case in 70 000+ orders so far processed.
We are still committed to help resolving the issue with you. That is why our team refunded the cost of the returned item. As soon as our warehouse indicate the second pair is returned, we can refund the second one also.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. I see you bought 2 pairs, but got only one. The reason was a technical glitch from our store - a new app we use that did not passed the second pair for fulfilment.

Not for us
I was so looking forward to your product. But for my feet and my wifes, this was the worst product for us. Instead of helping our feet feel good and walks more enjoyable, it was complete torture.

As our support team explained by email, your order was canceled and money refunded to you because the shipping company was unable to deliver the item to the PO Box provided.
In such cases our system automatically issues a refund to avoid customers been charged for items that are not delivered.
Also, i see our team explained the situation and offered you a discount in case you want to place your order again. If you want to reorder, just please make sure you are giving us the right address so the shipping company can deliver successfully.

Ordering was simple
Ordering was simple. They arrived quickly. I ordered one pair and have been transferring them to several shoes to test them out. I have reduced pain, so I will be buying more pairs to keep permanently in my different shoes.

The footbed was well made with quality materials. The arch is to high for me and made me pronate to much. They are not for me but would work great for someone with higher arches.

Not feeling it
So far I feel no difference. There was no instant relief and ever after a few days I find myself going back to the original insoles. At least my pain didn't increase much, but I wouldn't recommend them

Not free exchanges
They promote free returns and size exchanges, but that is a lie. They are difficult to work with, and I’m still waiting on my refund or exchange.

I'm really sorry for the confusion. We do not have paid postage labels yet, and we do not state "free returns" at our store.
Please check our return policy; it hasn't been changed since July 2023: https://hykle.com/pages/return-refund-policy
Your refund has been processed upon the arrival of the product at our warehouse, which was yesterday. Usually, it takes 2-3 days for refunds to arrive back in your bank account. If you don't see your refund in 2-3 days, you can call your bank and ask for more information.
We are really sorry for the bad experience you may have had with our services. Hope we can remedy that in the future.
