And I got calls both times to reassure myself of measuring and exchanging my items was no trouble whatsoever without even contacting HURTTA! We needed a coat for our little rescue collie, Poppy, who is tiny, we know Hurrta are a good brand, our other dog has had his coat for 10 years and it still keeps him dry and warm, he loves it. The website was easy to use and gave good descriptions of the coats available. We did phone to check we had the right size coat for our little dink. The lady I spoke to was amazing, very helpful and patient and reassured us that we had selected the right size. Couldn't order over the phone, had to use the website which was ok, but I nearly ordered 2 coats as I couldn't see that I had anything in the 'cart' until I got to the point I wanted to pay. The coat arrived in very sensible, recyclable packaging within 48 hours of my placing the order. The coat is a little too big, but hopefully Poppy will grow into it. She is a nervous dog, but was happy to wear her coat and it kept her dry and warm in the Welsh hills this week. The coat is easy to adjust and a beautiful colour as well. We ordered an Monsoon coat in rosehip, perfect.

I’ve have bought Hurtta dog products for a number of years now and I find the quality and durability fantastic.
I have only given 4 stars due to the fact that a dog harness I recently bought was too small and I had to pay for it to be returned.
Come on Hurtta, free return policy is usually standard these days.

We had found it very difficult to get a well-fitting jacket that was warm yet durable to allow my rescue greyhound to run. This jacket ticked ALL the boxes.
