Zoals te zien is, heeft Human Pro uiteindelijk contact met mij opgenomen na het plaatsen van mijn review op dit kanaal. Hun belofte om mij te restitueren is echter niet nagekomen, ondanks de toezegging dat dit binnen twee werkdagen zou worden afgehandeld. Dit is buitengewoon teleurstellend en getuigt van een gebrek aan professionaliteit.

Korte update:
Uiteindelijk heeft Human Pro mij gerestitueerd en dat na acht weken. Ik ben altijd zeer geduldig met restituties, maar acht weken en afspraken niet nakomen is een rode vlag voor mij. Toch fijn dat hier een eind aan is gekomen - dank daarvoor!

Opened a ticket with customer service sent pictures etc.. now they ignore me
Even tried their whatssap chat, no answer neither

After writing the above review they contacted me and corrected the situation and even offered a 20% discount on my next order.
Happy ending but don’t hesitate to use Trustpilot ! It makes miracles !

I’ve ordered previously from this company with great success. But when I tried to use PayPal as a paying option, the customer service has been abysmal. I completed the payment weeks ago, they thanked me for letting them know I made the payment, then I received 0 order confirmation. When I asked why I hadn’t received one and what was happening with my order, I received 0 feedback. After completing the payment, they ignored me.

This is really disappointing because it has been really easy to order previously. This company needs to fix this. Do not ask to pay by PayPal.

Thankfully I’ll be able to get a refund via PayPal.

Edit: after making this review, they reached out with an apology and compensation.

Netjes op tijd geleverd. Aan de prijzige kant, maar de moeite waard om te kijken of het voor je werkt. enkel het subscriptie model is niet direct helemaal duidelijk in welke frequentie etc.

I ordered a shilajit jar what arrived damaged. I contact the customer service wich sended me a new one.

Very low in stock waiting for months for my ordered products which are through a subscription.This time can’t get into my account have contacted them about this matter and nobody has replied to me to tell me where my order is .

I am really so grateful for the experience so far, thank you MDP and I also thank myself for having had the courage to start this project. 🥰 So far, I have experienced subtle but profound changes when it comes to my mental health and mood in the first place, but also gratitude, focus, and creativity. I am overall less worried, more balanced, less dysregulated, I generally have GOOD days, my PMS has almost disappeared, no more heavy mood swings so far, even though I still feel all emotions in their full spectrum. Thoughts do not cling to sticky thoughts so heavily, rumination has gone down. I am kinder to myself, more forgiving and enthusiastic about what I want to accomplish and more convinced I can do so. My skin (I suffer from hormonal acne) looks much healthier, clear, and glowing (like a mushroom, haha), which has been a nice side effect. I also feel more connected to nature and have a greater craving for it, even though I find that I don´t feel like I can talk to the birds or something ;) I also love how you can e-mail them with any questions you have, and either the team or the community in the Discord group has an educated answer. I have already recommended it to a couple of friends, and they had their own but equally positive experiences.
