Great first impression but packaging could be reduced...
Very fast delivery as per their time estimate! Phone was in great condition. One improvement is the packaging - it came in a hard box and bubble wrap. As company with a mission to reuse and reduce waste, I think they should reduce the amount of packaging too!

I purchased an iPhone 7 in ‘Great’ condition from Hulii for my son & could not fault the experience & product. The phone arrived quickly with text message tracking info sent regularly. The phone was packaged in a sturdy Hulii box with charging cable & SIM pin included. The iPhone condition was perfect, with both my son & I unable to tell it was a refurbished phone. The battery health was 100%, which I wasn’t expecting from a refurbished phone. I have been so impressed with the entire Hulii product & service that I am now going to upgrade my own iPhone with Hulii. Thank you for providing such a simple, affordable & environmentally conscious service.

Incredibly simple and efficient
Incredibly simple and efficient - Great value & good communication. Bought an iphone 7.
Easy to navigate website, gave clear details on what condition it would be in, very competitively priced, plenty of emails and update and had a tracker for the postage once purchased.
9.5/10 - The reason why isn't not 10/10 was that I didn't know it was going to be an international transaction and incurred a intl. trans. fee. Now this may be somewhere on the site, but it wasn't obvious, not saying its their fault or that I would have changed my decision, but would have been nice to know or be a bit clearer
Overall I will be using them again and recommending to any of my friends and family who want a refurbished phone at a cheap price.
