Jeg kjøpte en "nybrukt" telefon hos Hulii via Finn.no. Straks jeg hadde hentet telefonen og satt inn sim-kortet, hang telefonen seg. Er første-pri når man selger brukte telefoner, er at de skal funke. Da jeg prøvde å finne ut hvor man kan reklamere, så jeg at nettsiden ikke hadde noen informasjon om selger. Heldigvis stod navnet på morselskapet "loopefy" på kartongen telefonen var pakket inn i. Det var ikke lett å få tak i noen i Hulii. På et av numrene de hadde oppgitt, kom man rett til voicemail. På et annet av numrene kom man rettt til en svarer som. meldte om "stor pågang akkurat nå". Da var klokka 845. Det tredje nummeret jeg ringte første meg til en engelsktalende småbarnsfar som, til tross av at han var leder av firmaet, førte meg videre til et fjerde telefonnummer. Det er to års garanti på disse telefonene. Jeg er ikke helt sikker på om dette firmaet lever så lenge.

Bought a iPhone 11 max pro
Bought a iPhone 11 max pro, had a faulty battery, sent it back to Hulii and requested a refund but never got the full refund, they shortchange me $180.00 when I paid $945.00 for the phone. Never trust anything they tell you, they even stopped replying to my emails

Poor Service
Are tied in with Ozmobile and sent me phone when was told getting a refund as they did have phone they advertised. Sent phone back as didn't need 2 phones a month later still trying to get refund, and telling me got refund before i bought the Phone. the person i had talked with wasn't in the country either.

I want to thank the team at Hulii for the excellent customer service on my new iPad Pro. They helped me figure out what I needed for my family, and I am happy with the new purchase. I will be purchasing more products from them in the near future.

We have purchased 2 phones from Hulii…
We have purchased 2 phones from Hulii over the last couple of months and both experiences have been exceptional. Both times they had the exact model, colour and condition that we were after and at a great price. Both phones arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. After purchasing the second phone we contacted them with a question about the transaction and our matter was resolved within 24 hours - fantastic customer service. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Couldn’t be happier
Purchased 2 x refurbished iPads. Price was so much cheaper than many other sites. Kids are so happy. Both were in great condition and working perfectly. Shipping was super fast. I definitely recommend this company… service was 5 star!

Does what you expect.
Found a thing I wanted online. Ordered it. It came. Got some help from tech support after an automatic-update glitch (not Hulii's fault, but they helped anyway). All went well. Will use again.
