Hi Darren, You didnt purchase any excavator from us and our warranty do not cover other sellers products. it seems you are confusing yourself that we are the "official huina factory" which we are not. We are a retailer of huina toys and even Huina factory warranty do not cover warranty for other resellers.
For the smoke generator you purchased, We would like to let you know it is on it way and it takes 15-20days transit like we have stated on our website. Your negative reviews is not helping in anyway.

Great customer service had a issue with initial order but they did everything they could to fix it. In the end they backed there product and replaced the defective item. I will be doing more buisness with them.

Dissapointing and wondering how the service will be provided?
You have responded to my email that you do not ship to India but in your website you claim free shipping worldwide. More importantly your website allows to make purchase in which case my money gets blocked unecessarily for certain period of time?? It is advisable to make changes in your website accordingly to avoid inconvinience.
Also the contact no "+61 451 772 799" listed shows it has watsapp facility so....

Sorry for the late response, we are currently dealing with a lot of emails neither did you make any purchase from us. We ship worldwide but not for the huina 1550 stocks we currently have because we are trying to get rid of them so we decided to reduce the price to the lowest amount; Countries outside USA, Europe & Australia not included.
Our website does not have any problem with payment and we also issue refund for all orders that we can’t process.
We never stated on our website that we had a WhatsApp number. The WhatsApp there is a personal WhatsApp by one of support agent and not a business WhatsApp!
It will still be really appreciated if you deleted this negative review.
If you are still interested in getting a huina 1550 you might want to head to aliexpress and you will be able to get some at the cheapest price to india.

The running late is somewhat minor it happens but rest assure Rodney Aubyn was very much on top of the ordeal tho i still havent recieved my order im confident it will be soon or later thats the faith i put in Rodney for being professional about the situation yes very happy to deal with him again thanks so much for Huina for going the distance you all rock!!!!!
