4 and a half stars.
Items are great. One small item delayed, but that sort of thing happens a lot these days. Would have been better to have been kept in the loop a bit better, but maybe that was not possible.
Can't rate at 4.5 stars, but that is the intention.

Decent toy, not ideal service.
The actual excavator is good for the price. It is fun to use and has decent power. My problem is more the shipping time was triple its said time. Which whatever everyone just uses covid for an excuse. But it didnt get shipped till i asked about it according to the tracking. The rocker breaker thing also doesnt work it moves for a split sec then stops and you can see sparks from the motor... I asked about that and got back its a chinese holiday. Thats it... Its been over a month no response now.

Had a good experience
Had a good experience. Had to repair wiring on 1569 dozer but other than that all good. Rodney very helpful and friendly. Will buy again in the future.

You bought a huina 1540 dump truck which cost $96aud and not $3000. We told you via email that we do not have the Huina 1540 in stock and you agreed to us that we should send you a huina 1520 instead and we even added a huina 1710 as a gift also and both of them have gotten delivered. Please we will really appreciate it if you could change or delete this review because this false review affect our company status.

I’m a little disappointed.
I think this is a well made toy. But it can use some improvements. The only reason why I purchased this model instead of the older model which was almost $200 less on Amazon was.. the fact that you have speed control. And it has it, except it has no speed! This is probably the slowest almost $300. Dollar RC online right now. And it doesn’t even have horn. To be honest I regret buying this.

The models I purchased (kabolite k336gc excavator +1582 tipper truck) are solid looking units. But the k336gc could use a little more Q.Control on the hardware used and when assembly Is being done. Doesn't take 10 mins to go over all hydraulic fitting or electronic connections to make sure they are all tight. I had one broken m2.5 screw that holds down the valve block I had to replace and a few loose hydraulic line banjo bolts. I recommend changing the oil the unit comes with in it's system. Other than that they both work as they should now. Hense 4star rating.
