My mattress developed a fault and I needed to contact customer service. Customer service have been fantastic and are sorting out my replacement.

I ordered an air bed and paid for express delivery. It stated in the website that it would be dispatched on the 1st August and with express delivery meant it would be delivered the next day which I when I needed it. It wasn’t until the 1st August that I realised I hadn’t had an update that I sent an email at 8am to ask about delivery. It got to midday and I hadn’t had a reply to my email so I used the chat and was told that infect the airbed I wanted wouldn’t be dispatched until the 4th August. Very disappointing. I asked for a full refund and to cancel my order.

The bed is comfortable and inflates quickly. But the secondary pump is so loud ! And vibrates the bed during the night and which made it impossible to sleep through. I had to keep waking up and inflate the bed again .
For the price of the bed this makes it very very disappointing

This Huddle Airbed really lived up to the hype, we are so impressed. On it for 4 weeks waiting for a new bed delivery, 2 people 13 and 16 stone, and it was great. It really didn't go down, it was comfy, the motor that kicked in when it sensed it was deflating was quiet. We will have no qualms about any of our visitors sleeping on this brilliant airbed.

Absolutely the best airbed I have ever purchased and the warranty cover is superb

Purchased this for the in-laws. I needed to ensure whatever airbed I bought would stay inflated, so laid 7-8* the price of a normal airbed for the peace of mind.

Unfortunately, even with the trickle pump left on, within two hours the in-laws had to jump onto the sofa.

Disgustingly priced for the fact that it didn't even last one night.

The most incredible airbed I have ever used. I was surprised at the height and how I never once heard the bed auto-inflating throughout the night. It didn’t deflate once! It feels like you are sleeping on an actual mattress. If anyone was to purchase an airbed I would recommend this one without a doubt. And does not take up a lot of space when storing. Also shipping was very quick had no issues so overall great experience

I want to return an airbed but it is proving impossible. 2 different people from Customer Support have asked for my details in order that a returns label can be issued. I have given the information 4 times and still nothing. Not good customer support.

Quick and efficient service

Had a problem with a item emailed the company and got a response within 10 minutes. Jake was efficient with his responses and offered a incredible customer service one of the best I have ever had! Problem solved all within 1 hour. Jake absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my problem was dealt with quickly a real credit to your company. Would definitely recommend this company.

Contacted customer service for information, very quick in replying and answered my question.

I am a stage 4 cancer sufferer and I specifically requested that the delivery driver brings the package upstairs because I am too weak. When the driver arrived he refused to bring the item upstairs. When I explained that I am weak due to cancer and the treatment that I am receiving, he simply laughed. I repeat, he laughed. Utterly disgraceful and shame on Huddle and on their driver for allowing this behaviour

Love this air fryer! Stylish and looks great in my kitchen. It’s so easy to use, my teenagers use the pre-set programs and it’s really easy to clean (we just stick it in the dishwasher)! Definitely recommend and will be looking at other Huddle products as the brand is really good quality.

Very quick delivery and the product is exactly as the description on the website. I wish all internet purchases were this straightforward!
