Review:
I am extremely disappointed with Hubbuy. I purchased the "Buds3 Pro Extreme Edition AI Translation" (ID: OG20260122230438CAP31) and paid a total of **$23.08 USD** ($9.27 for the product + $13.81 for logistics).
The product is a complete failure:
Functional Fraud: It does not sync with the official app. The "AI Translation" features I paid for do not exist.
Missing Items: It arrived without the extra ear tips promised in the advertisement.
Defective Hardware: The charging cable is broken.
When I contacted support (+86 133 0246 5420), they hid behind the excuse that "warehouses are not professional enough to test electronics." They offered an insulting 20 CNY ($2.75 USD) compensation for a $23.08 failed transaction.
As a buyer, I chose the link, but I paid Hubbuy a service fee to ensure I received a functional product. They are mediating for unreliable sellers and refusing to take responsibility for faulty goods.
Do not use Hubbuy if you want your money protected. I am now escalating this to the financial authorities in Brazil (BRS Negócios / Woovi) and filing a formal dispute for my payments (Pix IDs: E10573521202601221642LKwNvBpiNIO and E10573521202601272020etK5Aotnq0g).
Their own website popup claims they 'verify products' and 'provide after-sales assistance' to protect customers. In my case, they verified nothing (missing items) and their 'assistance' was a joke of a $2.75 offer for a broken $23.08 order.
UPDATE 31/03/2026: Hubbuy is now under official investigation by the Central Bank of Brazil (Prot. 2026/429184) and Procon-SP (Prot. 1314561/2026). Instead of providing a fair refund for the faulty product they admitted having issues, they DISABLED MY ACCOUNTS as retaliation. They are trying to hide evidence and prevent me from tracking my other paid orders. This is a scam operation!
