We wanted to purchase a reclining chair for our mam ,John P the salesman came to her hone with a demo model john was very informative and friendly and patient made mam feel relaxed and after some time she decided what she wanted, john went through all the prices and what extras we could purchase with the chair and mam felt very comfortable with John even though we were with her aswell. Mam is now looking forward to her new chair coming .

i had opted for a home visit & found this to be a fantastic way of selecting the chair i required.
A very polite gentleman named John turned up with a selection of chairs on his van & he went out of his way to choose the correct chair for my needs.It's not possible to find a better way of purchasing a chair

We booked a demo of our chosen chair and the moment that John walked in he put us at ease he was so calm and friendly we soon felt that we had known him for years. Nothing was a trouble to him we had no feeling of being pushed into a sale. We certainly made him put the chair through its many functions a few times. John was never put out at all and was so kind and patient.

Excellent service, the young man was very helpful and went above and beyond.

We were greeted by Luke who made us very welcome with a coffee and biscuits while we tried the recommended chairs. Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in making our choice. He explained everything very clearly and made our purchase of a rise recliner and sofa very easy. A big thank you to Luke for all your help

John from Stockton came to my Mothers home yesterday. He patiently demonstrated a chair to her. He was knowledgeable and reassuring, we couldn’t have encountered a nicer guy. Thank you John, she really needs this chair and is so looking forward to its arrival. Thanks to your assistant Ritchie too.
