Upon entering HSL my wife and I were greeted by Allison asking if we would like a cup of tea or coffee and then was shown around the various reclining chairs, guiding us in the right direction for a chair that would be suitable for me and her guidance was a great help in choosing the chair that would be good for me an order placed and looking forward to a comfortable time ahead

Ali & Steph provided great customer service during our visit. We tried out a number of chairs to find the correct size and did not feel rushed. We had arrived quite late in the day but they were happy to let us take our time with choices. While the chair is not the cheapest on the market, we went for the one with most features which should provide great comfort to my husband who spends most of his days in one chair. All in all a great experience done with the minimal of fuss. Chocolate biscuits were great.

Visited Stockton on tees HSL store today. Was greeted warmly by Steph. We were allowed to browse without being hassled. However, Steph and Alli were both on hand to answer specific questions we had about the product we were interested in. Great customer service from 2 ladies who were professional, warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Also HSL deliveries called within an hour of leaving the shop to arrange delivery in 3 days. Exceptional service.

store in Portrack. Gave demonstration on a few chairs. Knowledgeable and very friendly.Made my mum feel at ease while trying out the chairs.
A very relaxed experience and a comfortable chair with delivery on Thursday within the same week which is brilliant and also a good price.

Took elderly parents to Stockton shop to look for chairs today. Ali & Steph (who was training) were both amazing, understood needs of both Mam & Dad quickly, made them feel at ease, taking lots of time to explain the options of chairs on offer and what each could do, allowing them to time to try each so they could make the right choice. They worked out best deal and explained cost, delivery times etc…great service by two lovely, knowledgeable ladies would definitely recommend HSL Stockton to all.

Great service from start to finish, Arrived on a very wet day and recieved a warm greeting and a welcome cup of tea and biscuits, no high sale pressure , and advice when needed, Arrived a week earlier than expected and delivered by Craig and Mark who were so helpful placing furniture and even putting replacements in conservatory

I visited Stockton-on-Tees branch and was greeted by Luke. He was polite, knowledgeable very helpful. No hard sell at all.I was given all the info and options and advised to sit in the chair I chose for at least 10 minutes.He brought me tea and a biscuit and then left me to experience the chair.He was so patient. A real asset to the company.

I was looking for a riser Recliner chair for my Partner and after seeing an advert on TV, I decided to give HSL at Stockton a go. On atrival, I was greeted promptly by Wendy and made to feel very welcome. She introduced me to her colleague Jackie and advised us to have a look at their range. I felt quite overwhelmed by the choice and I was unsure of what I even wanted. Both Wendy and Jackie were brilliant, showing me what was available, what offers were on certain chairs and explaining different motor specs and how they matched my needs. Within half an hour, they'd convinced me what to buy and explained the whole process from purchase to delivery. Afterwards, I felt very confident in my purchase and reassured that I'd bought what I needed. The complimentary biscuits and tea were a lovely touch. Wendy and Jackie are an absolute credit to HSL Stockton, both are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I felt in very safe hands with both of them - excellent customer service.

Went to Stockton today looking for 2 chairs, one for my husband one for myself. We were met by a young man called Luke what a lovely lad gave us a lot of advice on different chairs answered all our questions brilliant , not pushy very helpful and let to look and try some of the chairs, also met Allison what a breath of fresh are loads of info and advice and left to make our own decision great service thank you both very much for your time and help. My sister and I visited the Stockton store today looking for a comfy chair for myself ,I was hesitant and undecided about what I wanted but the staff Wendy and AllI were fantastic. They guided me through the whole range of chairs and patiently helped me try them out until I finally chose the perfect chair. The help, patience and friendly service I received was exceptional ….all this and tea too . I can’t wait for delivery, thank you very much ladies from one grateful client 😊

John and Luke (Stockton branch) were excellent today. They explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions and helped me choose the right furniture for me. They were extremely professional, caring and nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all a very positive, pleasurable experience. Being able to test and choose furniture in my own home was fantastic!

John and Wendy from the Stockton branch were awesome when they did our home visit. No hard sell just fabulous professional advice. Brought the swashes and chairs in with care and gave great advice. Thanks for the help guys. My mam has medical issues and they were great with advice and guidance.
