HSL Chairs - Romford Omdömen 

My sister, mother and I met with Frances today in HSL's Romford showroom. We visited the showroom having waited 4 months (2 months late!) for a rise and recline chair to be delivered by one of their competitors (The Mobility Furniture Company) only to see that it had been made to completely the wrong size and fit for our 81yr old mother. Frances greeted us with her warm and bubbly personality and we explained our situation. Initially we had intended on trying to either buy a chair that was available for immediate delivery or one that we could get on HSL's fast track services which is 3 - 5 working days.

We toured the showroom with our mother and tried every variation and style of rise and recline lounge chair that they had. Because our mother is quite petite we were looking at chairs within their ranges that came in either the petite or super petite sizing.

Frances was great explaining the various features and benefits of each of the chairs and the variances with the single and dual motors. My mother ultimately decided upon the dual motor Bramham chair but of course fell in love with the fabric on the showroom model which wasn't available on the fast track program so we have to wait for production on the standard lead time.

Fingers crossed though Frances' boss reads this rave review and what an excellent job she did and will get production to do a super quick job for us LOL.

The lady I spoke to at the Romford store was very helpful and took my payment to complete my purchase of a recliner chair.

I had a home visit from Annie and Graham from Romford to purchase a riser recliner chair. The demonstration was very good and helpful in making my decision to buy a chair. The choice of fabric was good.

Excellent Customer Service. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. Went out of their way to answer queries. I’m looking forward to the delivery of my new corner sofa.

Absolutely outstanding thank you to Wayne and Andy wonderful very helpful, very polite, phoned to let me know when arriving could not ask for better chair outstanding so happy.

On entering the shop we were instantly welcomed by the assistants (FRANCES & ELAINE), who throughout our time there were very helpful and friendly, offering good advice and important information on what we wanted. We were offered refreshments and my wife who suffers from back problems was well cared for. We asked questions on the different options available and were given good advice with no pressure. It was a very pleasurable experience.

When I contacted HSL, in March of this year, and spoke to their friendly, helpful representative, I had great confidence in the company. This was not misplaced. My selection of chair style and assessories had mentioned over the phone were listened to. At my home visit, I had a specimen chair to try and books of fabric samples, in case I found a pattern I preferred to my original choice to browse, samples of wood colours, and leg styles. They did not rush me. The ordering of my choices was easy, and everything was fully explained. The delivery of my furniture would be six to eight weeks. They kept me informed at all times. My order was delivered in exactly six weeks. Wayne and Andy, phoned me on the day to tell me they were ten minutes away. Very helpful as I am in a wheelchair. They easily brought the furniture in, put it in place, took all the packaging away. All staff, from beginning to end, have been friendly, polite and professional, and my chair is extremely comfortable and exactly what I asked for. I would recommend HSL to anyone who wants good service and quality.

I was very impressed by the kindness and patience shown by Dan and Andy when they came to my mother's home and helped her choose and purchase her new chair.
