HSL Chairs - Romford Omdömen 

The sales assistant Bradley in the Romford Branch was efficient, professional and very helpful.

The staff especially Cheryle were very professional, helpful and an asset to HSL.
The sale of up to 50% off is very deceiving. There was not one item either chair, sofa or bed at 50% off.
I was then told it was 50% of a fabric.
Very confusing and a little unfair.

The STAFF were very polite and very friendly. I had bought a reclining chair from HSL a couple of years ago for my son, whom is very ill, and now wanted new covers for the arms & back of chair. I still had the paperwork for the chair, which made it easier for them to order re colour & material, and also what else I had purchased with the chair when I bought it.
This was the original store I went with ROMFORD and the staff were so helpful that I would recommend them to anyone living in or around that area if they want a personal service. Thankyou HSL your staff were lovely ☺️

I recently visited the HSL branch in Romford to find a recliner chair for myself & had a wonderful experience. The assistant, Helen, was fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, patient & knowledgeable about the different options. Helen took the time to understand exactly what i needed for my personal comfort & guided me through the choices without any pressure. Her excellent customer service made the whole process easy & enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Helen at the Romford store for top tier service.

We found the staff friendly and extremely helpful and didn’t try to rush us into a sale .we found eventually what we were looking for .

Very professional, friendly installation

I took delivery of a Stressless Opal Chair and Footstool and the whole experience was exemplary. Jason and Ashley informed me when they were thirty minutes away and then arrived smiling. They set the items in place efficiently and explained the workings of both with expertise. I love my chair!

Staff very helpful and informative. Spent a long time explaining everything to us.

I am currently in the process of purchasing a replacement chair and found Helen to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the right choice. She spent a considerable amount of time with me, carefully suggesting models that would best suit my comfort requirements and individual needs.

Helen and her team are highly knowledgeable, and customers are given as much time as they need to try different options and make an informed decision.

I would therefore highly recommend HSL. They offer a wide range of comfortable chairs in a variety of matching colours and styles, ensuring there is something to suit every preference.

We were overall very satisfied with our choice of chair. We have previously purchased contentedly from this branch. Our only issue is that the assistant on this occasion had a very loud voice which was off-putting at times. She was however informative about the best product for my wife's needs.

My son and I visited your HSL showroom in Romford Wednesday 6th May 2026 to look at recliner/riser chairs for me. We were greeted warmly by Helen, Sales Manager who looked after us very well and gave us good advice and information throughout our time with her. Her knowledge, help and courtesy was greatly appreciated, and helped us with our decision to make a purchase whilst there. I consider Helen to be an asset to HSL. The store had a wide range of chairs, sizes and materials and had a pleasant atmosphere.
I would happily recommend HSL to others to visit for professional advice.
I am now looking forward for the delivery of my chair and future comfort, which I will review then.,

On the 11th May I visited the Romford branch of HSL to purchase a reclining riser chair and was served by a lovely lady named Cheryle. She was very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to answer all my questions whilst serving me tea and biscuits. The experience was stress free without any rush and i eventually purchased a very comfortable Burrows chair. I would thoroughly recommend Cheryle and the store.

All the staff I dealt with on the two occasions I went to the store, were very friendly and helpful, and gave me plenty of time to sit in the chair I was thinking of purchasing without any pressure. I did buy a recliner.

Dan and Andy did home visit for my elderly mother with dementia. The service was incredible, respectful and dignified. They listened to mum and me and offered the best opinions with explanations. Would highly recommend.

We had a warm welcome, and were shown several recliner chairs which we said we were looking for. After making sure the recliner was the correct fit and materials were chosen, the paper work was easily done. There was no pressure on the visit to the shop and the female staff member was very helpful
